I bought two new systems from Adamant recently. While one performed flawlessly out of the box, the other seemed unstable and couldnt be used reliably for long periods of time. After a few diagnostic questions, I was asked to ship the computer back (at their expense) while they took another look. In the end, Id bought a hot processor (FX-9590) without adequate cooling. The problem was solved with a $50 upgrade, and shipped back to me (again at their cost). The system is quick and stable today. The best part of my experience was how these guys just took a problem in stride and addressed it, no drama or stress involved at all. Ill be happy to buy my tech bits here and will recommend them to friends in the future as well.

I purchased a computer from this company in April of 2014 since then the mother board has had to be replaced at my cost. Then once more the computer quit working to which I paid to have it repaired. It then quit working twice more. This cost me another $500 to have a tech recover my data and over $300 in shipping costs. Finally now for the 6th time since I purchased this computer it has quit working. This was suppose to be a high quality custom computer that I relied on to run my company. Every time it has quit working I have had a minimum of 1 week down time and as much as a month a time. In summary these are the worst quality computers that you could possibly buy.

I had ordered a system that did experience a problem shortly after receipt, but they were AWESOME at troubleshooting, and ultimately replacing the faulty part. They did a great job on the turn around of the workstation, and their work effort is much appreciated. I would buy from them again as they stand behind what they sold, they were great on the communication to me, and did a great job fixing the issue. It is nice to see a company stand behind its product like they do!

Waiting on a video editing system now. The anticipation is killing me. So far these guys are top notch. I called after hours one night to verify some compatibility concerns I had regarding the components in the system I was building through their website. I was helped by a QC manger who couldnt have been nicer or more well-informed. Same with the sales rep, Alex, I placed the order with. Excellent service. Very excited. Review coming soon.
