okay i brought my cell phone into this place and they said it could be activated no problem. just wait two hours and it will find service. we wait four hours and still no service. we give them a call and they ask me to call them back because theyre busy. i call back in 10 mins. and they tell me to bring the phone back in the next day. i tell the man i live over 45 mins away and he tells me if iget a chance, bring it up. okay i decide to take an hour and a half out of my day to go up there and bring them the phone. i deliver the phone and the man tells me "this could take up to four hours". cool, great to know ill have to come back AGAIN. okay i wait until about 6 hours later cause i figured they may be busy. awesome, it goes straight to voicemail. they keep the phone the entire weekend and into monday afternoon with no return call. im fed up so i call them and ask whats going on. they say oh we gotta find where this phone came from it must be another country... blah blah blah. we let them keep the phone all week with no results. we called them the beginning of last week (after they have already had the phone 2 weeks) and tell them we are just going to pick the phone up monday at five. a week rolls by and we keep letting them know we are going to come get the phone. well we get there and they say "the phone is in another store we dont have it". WTF?!?!?! a weeks notice and its not even in your store?! they guy said he needed to call the other store to find out... so rather than using the store phone in the front, he uses his own cell phone to go to the back room to talk. he is asked by my girlfriends father where the f*** the phone is and the hispanic man BEGINS CURSING AT A PAYING CUSTOMER. so all in all this place is a joke. the only positive reviews are prob. from the employees honestly because i dont see this place being any good with any sort of good customer service. thank you for reading this before you choose the wrong company. please bring your phones elsewhere.

My note II fell off my hands in 4G speed... Screen was cracked. I tested it and it was fully functional though. I used it the way it was for few days, but I decided to go to get it fixed. I dropped it off at this clinic and this guy quoted me $96 to repair it. I agreed instead of spending $350 for a new one. When I went to picked it up the new screen was replaced but it had and awful bubble and a huge scratch underneath. His excuse? When you replace the screen the display "looses" the glue and does not stick together as it was AND if I wanted fix, thats is called a "full screen refurbish" and it would cost me an EXTRA $150. He did not mention this possibility when I left the phone there, otherwise Id make the decision to get a new phone. I took the phone with me with me and I started having bigger issues: frozen screen and finally does not display anymore. This is not a cheap phone it is my "must" for work purposes. This guy is a big time SCAMMER and I think EVERYONE should be aware of this in case you ever need your mobile device repair. This is not the place unless you want to lose your phone and waste your money.

Writers of good reviews here were lucky. I purchased a new Prism II cell phone for $100: No packaging, no android wire. 1) Turns out the phone was used (even had a badly installed screen protector). He didnt even take the time to remove it so at least it would look like new. I think he purchases used phones very cheaply and sells high !!! 2) Phone had defects: Laptop did not detect the phone so wife could not transfer pics (shes upset). Also, the phone would randomly fail to ring when receiving a call. Very frustrating and caused a lot of grief. 3) He rarely answers the phone to give a status on the purchase, so you have to drive there and if you are lucky he may be there. He never calls the customer back. In summary: Hes a liar and not to be trusted. Go to BestBuy at the Loop Mall and purchase from a reputable store. VALUABLE ADVICE: BEWARE OF MOM AND POP ELECTRONIC STORES IN KISSIMMEE / ORLANDO. THEY TAKE ADVANTANGE OF TOURISTS AND YOU WILL LOSE $$$$$

Excelente. Llegué a Orlando y entregué mi móvil x reparar previo haber hablado al respecto x messenger (contestaron rápidamente). En unos días tuve el problema resuelto. Excelente predisposición y atención. Totalmente recomendables. Tuve q regresar al otro día xq hicieran un ajuste en la cámara y quedó todo perfecto. Mucha seriedad. Gracias!!!!

This place is a scam!! I took a HP laptop and an iPhone here and the owner kept saying this is the problem and then this. He never fixed the laptop or iPhone and the price kept going up. He stopped picking up my calls and I didnt see him in the shop, once I walked in and called his phone after being told he wasnt there but I could hear the phone ringing in the back room. Point is I NEVER got my laptop or iPhone back and I tell EVERYONE what a rip off this place is. Take your business somewhere else. HES A THIEF..

My i phone "died" whilst on holiday. Took my phone here on the Saturday, was told $15 for diagnostic and would get the result early Monday morn. I called several times Mon and Tues, each time was told the "technician" would call me back. He never did. Called again on Wed, was told my phone could not be repaired. Wnet to collect it, and it took some time for the person on the front desk some time to find it !!! Dont take your phone here. They break all their promises.

I leave my cell phone in February, 21, 2014 to fix lens. Would be ready in February, 22 at 1 p.m. I asked as he closed the shop and told me 3 p.m. I arrived at the store at 2 p.m. and was closed. I returnet to Brazil in 23rd it was sunday, and today Im no cell. I left US$ 140.00 to pay for the repair and mailing, but never received. Im calling and never have a correct answer. Result: I lost US$ 700.00.

Good place reasonable prices i fix my phone there about a week ago and when I got to fix the next day broke it again. So when back expecting to pay full price. The guy was really nice and only made me pay a small deductible from what I originally paid. Definitely coming back to see him I believe his name was Brandor
