Ive been purchasing vehicles for nearly 50 years, and my experience with Enterprise in purchasing a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan was by far the best in all those years, Salesman: Jeff Grady could not have been more professional, a great representative for Enterprise. Especially liked the no haggle price (You can negotiate a trade if you have one) Would purchase from them again, and have already recommended them to several friends. One last thing, most vehicles have low mileage on the odometer and were eligible for the balance of the new car warranty, you cant miss with that type of protection. Just to compare the purchasing experience, Six months ago at a GMC dealership about a mile from Enterprise, I purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra, I negotiated for over four hours with the salesman, Sales Manager and General Manager, got up to leave twice, before we agreed upon a satisfactory price. At Enterprise, I was in and out in less than 1 1/2 hours, and half that time was to do the paper work.. My only regret is that I didnt consider Enterprise when I was looking for my truck. I would rate Enterprise Five Stars. ***** tpm

This is actually my second vehicle that I brought from Enterprise. I brought a Ford Explorer back in 2003 and the service was great back then. I brought another vehicle since then from a different dealership; however the experience and the service did not compare to Enterprise. When I recently decided that I was ready to purchase a luxury vehicle that would not drain my pockets, Enterprise was the only car dealership that came to mind. I purchased a 2012 Lexus RX350 that had low mileage and rides perfectly like it was a 2015. My car dealer Rich and the financial manager Greg were the bomb! They are so knowledgeable and not to mention so customer service oriented. I would highly recommend Enterprise for an excellent car buying experience!!!!

I never knew car buying could be so amazing. The staff were awesome, honest, and made the experience worthwhile. From the time my husband and I pulled into the parking lot the staff were polite and helpful. Scott and John took their time and explained the car buying process step by step. Never again will we go anywhere else but Enterprise on Byberry road. It wasnt about the sell but truly about making the purchaser comfortable and happy. No bait and switch gimmicks at all. The price you see is the price it is. Thanks again Scott and John as well as the rest of the staff that greeted us. Really enjoying my new car. Unbeatable price, unbeatable staff, and an unbeatable experience.

I apologize for the delay...I purchased my first vehicle from Enterprise about a month ago. My experience was absolutely awesome!! The representatives were wonderful when I had difficulty with my credit union regarding my loan quote and they helped me get a great insurance package and stay within budget. Id recommend Enterprise car sales to my family and friends and I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle in a few years from Enterprise as well. The only thing is that I never received my car manual which was supposed to arrive in the mail for my Chrysler 200 2014 but the service was still great!

I must say that I like this location on buying a car because the service that I received from Richard Bartee III was excellent. I was referred there by my girlfriend and the trade-in and buying process was easy for me because Richard did most of the work and I didnt have to finangle any pricing on the car I purchased because it was a great price and great mileage on the car. They make you feel like royalty and your there #1 priority. I have recommended them to all my family. So if you need any help ask for Richard or Scott. These two will go above and beyond to get you into the car that you need.

If ur white u will b treated poorly-the staff exptessed anti white sentiment loudly the entire time Actially talked abt shooting whites I wouldnt ever go there unless ur black I bougjt a car there 2013 The only person who treated me well wasnt blk&i bought the car from him Most rascist experience i have ever had U wld thk the staff would treat all customers well-dont they want people 2 buy-not here It was more important they let a older white woman know they hated white people I was furious&expressed it I would NEVER return or recommend this store

I was very pleased with the help i got. I was looking for a car with room in the back seat so all my kids can fit and James helped me a lot we went from just looking at the back seats to actually putting my car seats in to the cars to see if they all fit. And by the time we where done i left thr lot with a beauty. I am very happy that i went to Enterprise everyone was very nice and helpful even when my kids where getting restless. So i wanna say thank you for my new car James and Enterprise family.

In all my years of car buying I have never experienced the ease of the entire process from start to finish. The sales group was forthcoming and TRUTHFUL. The were no strange charges that appeared last minute ( dealer prep,etc). EVERYTHING was as discussed and agreed on. After my purchase, I dont think I will ever buy another car from a "dealer". I have already told all of my friends how to buy a "pain free" car. The prices are awesome as well. Check all the apps (KBB, etc.) youll see!

This is the 4th time weve purchased our vans from Enterprise (the 2nd time from this dealership in the NE). Love the no haggle experience! Simple, direct, and efficient experience. Phil was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very easy to work with. Since we knew what car we wanted from checking online, we were in and out in less than 2 hours. We cant think of any better way to purchase a car, used or otherwise. Satisfied? Completely!

They were completely awesome!. Everyone was professional, swift(not wasting) my time) and extremely helpful. This is the second time in two years that I bought a car from them and will be doing so again in the future. I was invited to come to Enterprise to look at cars for purchase. Since I did not know what to expect, I took nothing to temp me into buying because I expected the worst. When I got there I was instantly amazed from the appearance to the cars they offered. Richard Bartee was very nice and the entire staff. From the time I walked in to the time I rang the bell. The staff at Enterprise was very friendly and accommodating. Im not a fan of car dealers, but they are the exception. They were not pushy or intimidating. They helped me get my new car in a timely manner and with great ease. The salesman I worked with was Buddy. He was great! He was friendly, honest, and helpful.
