All my life I dreamed of owning a BMW--well my dream turned into a nightmare when I met the salesman Christan --he was very easy going and professional--he help me make a deal on a 750 xli when I drove that car off the lot it was like wow you finally made it --the pride and success I felt was overwhelming --this is a BMW does not get any better than this. This is where it started to go bad.--I only drive this car on weekends to go down the shore or go to dinner with my wife in the city--driving on the AC expressway I started to feel the car shaking and making noise---I called the service guy and told him what was happening and he told me I had a bubble in my tire--I had to ask twice when he said that --I thought of my cousin vinny when he had mud in the tires--what the hell is a bubble in a tire--so they pick my car up to check it out---I have valet service so I dont have to wait in line for service--this is a BMW--I have a warranty that covers everything from brakes to windshield wipers--((They ask me if I wanted to purchase a warranty for the tires for $2800.00--to me this is insane I have been buying tires and cars for over 40 years and never was once ask to purchase insurance on tires)) I was told that I must have hit a pot hole which damaged the tires--I had to replace two tires for over $1000.00-now I know these tires are very sensitive to bumps--so I am very careful now knowing not to hit any bumps--two mos later I need two more tires with no more than 10,000 miles on my car --Paul the manger arranges for BMW to give $1000.00 toward the purchase of two more tires--again these guys at BMW really try to help me--I believe they really do care about their customers--however two months later I need two more tires--this time there is no offer to help replace these bad tires--I had to hire a attorney to write a letter to BMW--there response was go to goodyear it is not their problem--I go to goodyear in depford and the guy tells me he will not even look at the tires--he tells me it is a BMW problem --so now my choice is to puirchase two more new tires that I know will have to be replaced again--these are run flat tires that are always failing--I refuse to purchase another one of these tires however I go back to Paul at BMW turnerville and ask him what my options are I ask him to put different tires on the car that these are defective--again he is sympathetic to my problem however the only option is to purchase two more bad tires with lees than 14,000 miles on my new BMW These guys know that these tires are defective ---BMW is a scam I expected so much more from this company--last week my wife could not drive the car because the tire light was on again--called Paul again and he told me to call BMW customer service--they referred me to goodyear customer service who gave me a claim # to go to a different service center--I make a appointment on Saturday and go to goodyear service center with my claim # ---I wait in line like a smuk for 1hr to find out they can not call customer service today because the are closed on Saturday--well they called today and will only give me a discount to purchase a new tire that will go flat again I am paying $1100.00 per mo for a car I can not drive--The company of BMW are worst than criminals They are suppose to be at a level above the rest--they stink--suppose to be the finest driving machine in the world however they cant put tires on a car that don,t go bad.---The worst thing is when I return this car they are probably going to charge me to replace these bad tires To try and be fair the guys at Turnersville seem to be pretty decent guys and I did like the experance when I purchase the car but I cant give them anymore than a one because I still have the problem with no solution except to purchase another bad tire that will go flat Vinny Barbati Still waiting for a call from Paul---still have a tire with a bubble in it Do not purchase a car with these run flat tires on it

I just leased a new BMW 4 series convertible in July from BMW of Mt. Laurel. I also purchased the tire and ream warranty by BMW. I was told that I could go to any dealership in the country if I have a flat tire. Last Saturday (9/6/14) morning around 10 am, I hit a huge pot hole and had 2 flat tires. I called BMW of Turnersville because it was the closest to where the flat tires happened. Even though I have run-flat tires, I did not feel safe to drive further than necessary. When I called the service department of Turnersville BMW, the man who answered the phone said they may not be covered by the warranty I had purchased. He said I need to call the warranty company myself. I was confused by that comment because that was not what I was told when I purchased the warranty. I asked the man (I don’t remember his name. I wish I paid more attention to his name so that I can be more specific in my review. ) if he could plug in my car information and see if Turnersville BMW is covered under the BMW tire warranty. He said, “No, you have to call them.” It was quite obvious that he did not want to help me at all -- it may keep him longer at work. Then I asked him if I call the warranty company and find out Turnersville BMW is covered, can they take care of my tires. The man again said “No, we cannot work on your car until Monday.” He made it clear that he did not want to help me. I then called BMW of Mt. Laurel. The response from that dealership was remarkably different. When I told the receptionist my story, she said “Just come right in. We’ll take care of it for you.” When I got there, they said once anyone puts my VIN # in the system, BMW warranty will come right up. I can even go to any tire stores and be covered through the warranty, even though a regular tire store may not have the right tires in stock. Anyway, they took care of the tires and one ream that day and I was able to go on my normal life that evening. I always went to Turnersville BMW for my services for the past 6 years because they are the closest to me. After this incident, I will never go back to them. Never.

I will never forget the day I walked into BMW of Turnersville and met a sales associate with patience, understanding and a lot of knowledge of the cars he was selling - Scott Batt. I explained to Scott that I only had a few days to find a car. I spoke extremely fast and rambled off all of the features it HAD to have - I think his head was spinning. Scott was very calm, said okay, and took me around the lot to show me what he had and took me for a few test drives. I left that day without a car because I did not want to buy on impulse. Scott called me the next day and told me he had the perfect car for me in the price range I was looking for. I went to the dealership, he showed me the car, took me for one last test drive and that was it...I had found my car. Three weeks after I purchased my car, I was going to pick up my tags...I was a half of a mile from the dealership when someone plowed right into the back of my new car. When I finally got to the dealership I was physically upset. Scott came out and calmed me down. He really took care of me. He helped me call my insurance and did everything he could to turn my day around. Scott did not make me feel like just a customer, he treated me as if I was a member of his family. It was a great feeling to go into the dealership and not be pressure to buy. He actually listened to what I said and helped me find exactly what I needed. I was kind of nervous because I have been in car dealers before and they spoke to me as if I was stupid and did not know what I needed because I was a woman. I even had a guy try to sell me a car for a lot more than what it was actually worth, but Scott did not do that. He was / is an honest salesman. The next time I am in the market for a car I will definitely go back to Scott and recommend him to anyone looking for a car. It was the best car buying experience I have had. Its nice to know there are still some honest people out there looking to help you and not just make money off of you.
