VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. PLEASE READ. BUYERS BE AWARE. Especially the guy named Danny. He will trick you with every aspect of the sale. The Mercedes car I purchased had hail damage and Danny hide the facts not only on the website but also during sale. They also didn’t report the facts to Carfax which is what I trusted. I purchased the car at night and he made sure I wouldn’t see the dents that were all over the hood which I saw next day morning. He fooled me on the loan part of the sale as well. He increased the loan amount without my knowledge and also the bank that he said initially was not the one he finally put on the paper work. Neither did he give me spare keys and was asking extra for it. I would strongly advice to read each and every line of the document before you sign any papers with the dealer. BELIEVE ME. THEY ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY AT ALL. BOTTOM LINE: Car prices at this dealer are little cheaper than the rest just because they have some sort of damage that the dealer has either fixed or hiding which they have not reported to Carfax. I am going to write to BBB as well about my experience. I have paper work to prove as well. EXAMINE THE CAR THOROUGHLY, READ EACH AND EVERY LINE OF ANY DOCUMENT BEFORE YOU SIGN INCLUDING THE DOCUMENTS OF AUTO LOAN.

We have bought cars from top notch luxury dealers (Prestige Mercedes Benz, Open Road), but our purchasing experience at Avi Auto Sales surpassed these dealers. After shopping around, realized Avis prices were at minimum $4000 below dealer prices (this was before negotiating even more discounts). We worked with the owner, Avi who was very patient and courteous throughout the process. He took his time to carefully explain the various options, features. He genuinely listened to our needs, had our best interests in mind. Not seen such outstanding professionalism, personality, knowledge and expertise by any other dealership. All of the staff at Avi Auto Sales are very accommodating and I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Mercedes. They have the best quality and pricing! I cant say enough good things about Daniel and Avi. I drove quite a ways because I knew they had several cars that I was interested in. There were no pressure tactics. They let you look at your leisure and just handed over the keys to the 2 cars that I wanted to test drive. The actual act of buying was even easier. They worked with me to get me the best deal on my trade in and financing. I was in and out in under 2 hours. A used car buying dream! After my purchase I had to follow up with Daniel a few times and he always remembered my name and was so helpful, even staying on the phone with me to make sure that i could get into the website for financing. There is MUCH to be said about using a family owed dealership and they made me feel a part of theirs! I cant wait to get my next car there, though I plan on loving this one for quite a few more years. :-)

I bought a BMW from Avi and his son Danny theyre are fast talking salesman who will sell u anything ..going there u would trust in getting a nice reliable car looking at all the luxury Benz he has .. when I first bought the car soon as I pulled off the lot I had problems my car shut off I immediately called them to come and get it , he immediately said no refunds on the vehicle. I believe all his cars a dressed up crap u feel like your getting a. Good buy for a luxury car when all your buying is someone elses headache and now its your problem I would never ever ever recommend that someone buy a car from them trust me it pays to read the reviews..... Learned my lesson everything that glitters isnt gold

The people who work at Avi Auto Sales are not your typical "car salesmen", they are extremely nice, easy to work with, and honest. Honesty from a car dealer? Yes! Daniel not only helped me get approved for a car loan, but when I was there, he was able find my wife and I another loan with better rates. By far the best experience buying a car, we have visited a few dealers within the last few weeks without any success, they really took the time to help us including the owner and his son. These Guys are Straight Shooters. I walked in Test drove the car i was interested in, set my terms got almost instant approval on my financing.
