Top-Notch people- Tom "Choff" Cioffi and Sales Manager Jim Todd both impressed me as professional, honest, and fair to deal with. I was trading in my "classic" (my words) Honda S2000 for a more "winter-friendly" vehicle. When they at first didnt have the kind of replacement I was looking for, Tom took my info and called me periodically as new stock came in that might interest me. Tom took me on several test drives before I made my decision, and he was always knowledgeable, patient, and very easy to talk to. When it came time to seal the deal, Tom Cioffi and Sales Manager Jim Todd worked together to get me what I considered a very fair deal (and I DO do my own research). Also, my schedule was tight and they went "above and beyond" working with my insurance company and their Business Office to make the deal happen under a tight timeline. Beautiful showroom, too. (hey whats not to like? Free soda, coffee, and wi-fi!) Thanks, Jim and "Choff"!

Initially I was very pleased with this place but within a few days of buying the car it became obvious the car was not in the good condition they told me it was in. The AC stopped working. After my first voicemail to my salesman was ignored for a week I called back to complain. They told me to come in and they will see what happened. On top of the broken AC the mechanic found a list of other problems which make the car dangerous to drive (loose ball joint and worn brake rotors). I did not expect to get hit with such a huge repair bill especially after being told that their mechanics checked it over before they sold it and it was in good condition.
