I cant speak for no one else here, or any undercover hater car agents from other companies, but this was the best Car dealership experience I ever had. Greeted the very seconds through the door, and we only waited 2 to 3 minutes before we sat with our agent. This was the quickest car dealer process I been through also, it took the most time on my behalf due to not being prepared with the correct documents, but my agent worked 5 + hours overtime to make sure my family and I went home with the very car we chose the same day we walked through their doors, and it was successful, and our credit is not bad, and its not the greatest either, Im driving a damn near brand New Cadillac ATS 2.0T, leaving all you fools in the dust lol. Stop hating and send all your friends and family to CarMax. Theyre also a dealership you can really trust, and they wash the exterior of your car when u bring it in for maintenance, repairs, or warranty issues. Oh and almost forgot , each time I went there I was lounging on comfortable couches, sipping samatra k cup arabica coffee for free, as many cups as I want if i wanted, Bathrooms are new and very clean. You cant beat this experience, i dont care what no1 says. This is the best used car dealership in NJ period. The only other place I would take my Caddy, is to GM motors themselves for Cue. My agents name is David Sparenberg, hope I spelled it right. Have a chilly winter everyone, and stop lying on CarMax saying negative things about them, god doesnt like ugly…….. Plus some of yous are probably mad because it didnt work out for you, you went home in your hooptie, so get your weight up! I recommend to everyone and their grandmom. 1 more thing, they also have a little area for the kids P.e.a.c.e

Victoria Simpkins Taking a moment to let the world know what an excellent experience I had purchasing a car through Carmax of Turnersville, NJ. First, let me start out by saying my salesperson Stan Cassidy was nothing short of amazing!! From the start he greeted us warmly and with such genuine kindness. He was very open, upfront and thorough about the whole car buying process at Carmax. I felt absolutely no pressure and that was such a relief and a pleasant surprise. I, like most people was dreading the car buying process and by the end of the evening he had me WANTING to buy a car from him. In the end, I had him transfer in 2 cars for my husband to choose from and the final purchase took a couple of hours NOT an entire day like at most other car dealerships. Without getting into too much detail, Stans efforts went way above and beyond to make our car buying experience an exceptional one. He was so patient and kind from beginning to end. He has made us look at buying a car in a whole different light and we have most definitely become lifelong Carmax/Stan Cassidy customers!! Although we were lucky enough to have had an opportunity to work mostly with Stan, every employee we encountered was equally as nice and personable. Also the inventory and quality of their vehicles by far surpasses all other dealerships. If they dont have the exact vehicle you were interested in on their lot, no worries, they are willing and able do whatever is necessary to get it. GREAT JOB CARMAX, in my opinion you have successfully raised the bar in automobile purchasing!!

I want to start by saying that our salesman was awesome "bob" we secured our own financing and had everything set to go after a few hiccups. I picked a car and made an appointment to finish things up, there was an issue with some paperwork and the sales manager called the finance company and sorted it out.. He also lost us our loan because he mentioned that we are in transition after a cross country move aka no permanent address according to the bank. Keep in mind this was an almost 20,000 dollar car loan!!! Ready to go and I would be driving off the lot with my 2015 Chevy. This enraged me and our awesome sales guy offered to try his resources so today we will be going in to do that but honestly if it doesnt work out and I have to wait the month I WILL NOT being going to this Carmax! Bob is great but I wont be letting anyone handle my pre approval again who doesnt have enough sense to shut up. We are an ex military family who moved here after getting out! Military families go through transitions when house hunting, its par for the course. They ruined all the work I did on this loan in minutes and I wont forgive that. My review is my experience but I will say this if you have anything less than perfect circumstances DONT tell these people that!!!! They will hang you out to dry. Sincerely, one pissed wife :)

Absolutely terrible service. And terrible operations. I reserved a car at another location in Virginia, then called to have it transferred to this location. I spoke to several employees, one named Jay the most, to ensure that the car would be reserved in my name. They must not know how their own transfer process works, because I was told more than once to call the other branch, cancel the reservation, then call back, etc. It was annoying, but I didnt care as long as that car was being brought up to Sicklerville. I was ready to buy it on the spot, and they told me it would take a week. It went through, and there was confirmation on the website that the car was on hold for me. I called the next day just to be sure it was still in the process. A week later, I call again to check on the status, and am being told the car was transferred elsewhere and is being sold to someone else, and theres nothing they can do. Now Im out of a car (the perfect car, after months of searching) because this incredibly incompetent team at the Sicklerville location cant get it together. After all these commercials about making it easy to buy a car, Im shocked at such a complicated and disappointing experience, especially with nothing to show for it in the end. Never again.

I absolutely had the most positive experience at CarMax. I have purchased several cars and truly loathed the process. You have to spend the whole day there and haggle about the price. Well this was not my experience. I worked with Stan and he braved the cold while showing me several SVUs. He was very knowledgeable about each vehicle and catered to my needs. When I finally decided on the vehicle I wanted, we went to for the test drive and I fell in love with my choice. Now in my mind time for the dreaded financial part. It never happened...I was immediately approved for the vehicle. Everything was clearly explained by Stan and I was given my keys. He even took my photo with my new ride with the CarMax yellow ribbon. The next day I found financing with my credit union and the finance department was extremely helpful. They faxed paperwork so I wont have to make an unnecessary trip to complete this task. Even when it came down to getting my vehicle tags someone assisted me when the regular office was not open. I simply love this place and will recommend anyone to come here and experience EXCEPTIONAL customer service.
