I had my eye on a vehicle they were selling for over a week. Due to working on an ambulance and not having a normal schedule, my work hours only permitted me getting to the dealership on a Friday at about 6 PM (I live just over 2 hours away). When I arrived I was excited to check out the vehicle I had been looking at (a 2008 Audi A4 Wagon) and was introduced to Mike who would be handling any inquiries we had. When checking the vehicle over the first thing I noticed was the strong smell of smoke inside the car, despite the fact that it was advertised as having been a non-smoking car. The vehicle had been listed on their website with all of the features that should be with the vehicle; notably, a full size spare tire. Continuing to look the car over there was no spare, at all, let alone a full size spare. I was advised that this could be obtained and provided with the vehicle if the warranty they usually provide was waived. The vehicle was listed on their website as being in perfect cosmetic condition. This was far from the case. There were multiple (I stopped counting at 10) scratches on various parts of the car. There were numerous dents/dings (one of which being considerable on the passenger side B post). The combination of these several issues caused me to offer a lower number than what they were asking. A few phone calls were made and again the offer was made to waive the warranty they usually offer. At that point I stated that I was looking to trade in the vehicle I had driven to their business. Mike offered well below the rough condition trade-in value of my car and then provided excuses as to why he low-balled the offer on my car. I then explained that my plan was to trade my car in, give them a cash down payment, and finance the remainder of the cost of the car. Mike advised that "were almost closed and financing will take forever. If you want to come back tomorrow...." I explained how we had already driven 2+ hours to see a car that wasnt as advertised and then given a hard time, and that we would not be back. VERY disappointed.

I had been looking for a Saab 9-2x for a couple months now and when I saw that they had one out in PA, a 3 hour drive for me, I was a little hesitant on whether or not I was going to make the trip. I spoke with Kirill on the phone who assured me that the car was available, that they would be willing to stay open for me, and if the car’s price was negotiable to make it worth my while. After they assured all this I made the trip up the next morning to see the car. After making the trip and seeing the car in person, Kirill and Vitali were strong negotiators but we were able to make a deal on the vehicle that was fair for both parties. After a small complication with getting the paper plates, which Kirill waited patiently for me to settle, I was back on the road with my new 9-2x. The car was in great condition both aesthetically and mechanically as I drove back to the D.C area without any issues. The guys at Us1Automall were honest, amazing, and flexible. The car was already initially well priced and they helped me get into this car at a price point in which I felt even more comfortable. Overall, it had to be one of the best experiences I’ve had dealing with purchasing a new vehicle, both from a dealer and or used. I would recommend them for both locals and people willing to make the trip for the car they want.

i financed a BMW 530 ix and have had it for two months now, about one month in (conveniently directly after the auto mall warranty was up) i started to have major electrical problems with the vehicle. its showing alerts for transmission problems, the gears are slipping, alerts for electrical problems, TPM, steering wheel lock, and vehicle safety problems ( inability to deploy airbag or seat belts to lock so if i get in an accident im screwed) although i CLEARLY remember asking for the additional warranty, the employee that sold me the car did not give me it and when i called a month ago asking why the car suddenly has transmissions problems he wasnt helpful and said he couldnt do anything to help. the farthest i have driven the car is from manayunk to bucks county maybe once, every other time i stay very close to home. the car is undriveable and i still have 7,000$ left to pay on the finance and the employees of us 1 auto told me theres nothing they can do. Not selling me a 10,000 car that would fall apart in less than 8 weeks would have been helpful. this car is my only form of transportation and now i cant get to work to pay for the car that is a total lemon. do not go to this dealership.

I bought a car from this place a couple months ago. I found them online through car gurus. I had travelled from NC to PA to buy this car, Toyota Camry Solara convertible SLE w/navigation package. The sales man and owner were great they held the car for me. The salesman picked me up at the airport with the car. I had been looking for this particular car with the options I wanted and this dealership had what i wanted at the best price (worth the trip). Three days after buying this car one of the Axls broke. I was furious. The dealership was cooperative, took ownership of the problem and paid for me to get it fixed. Other than that I have had no problems with the car. They had a very nice inventory of cars at very reasonable prices. Nextime i am in the market for a car I will check them out first. I dont mind traveling to get what I want at the price I am comfortable paying. I feel These are honest guys. I didnt feel any sales pressure or any shady practices.
