My experience at the Williamstown AutoLenders was one of the worst interactions with a human Ive ever had. I walked into the showroom, and was approached by a salesman. He asked if he could help and I told him I am interested in buying a car within the next few weeks and still need to test drive my final contenders to see which are the best fit. The only thing he repeated to me OVER AND OVER was "you really dont want to test drive unless you know you want to pull the trigger within the next 24 hours." To which I KEPT replying "I cant commit to a car until I test drive it. I need to test drive to finalize my decision." Finally, after five rounds of that fun game and pointing to the Mazda CX-5 I wanted to test drive, I gave up and we started walking off the lot. During this lovely walk he started up an insincere trap of a conversation by asking me what I did for a living to which I replied "Im a chemical engineer in philly." TO WHICH HE REPLIED, AND I QUOTE "How would you like it if someone came into your job, wasted your time, and you didnt get paid for it." DONE. AutoLenders, you lost an entire family of customers yesterday because of this one individual who somehow slipped through your hiring process. My grandmother, mother, and father have each bought two cars from your establishment and always recommended I finance my first car as an adult through you. All 3 of them have now blacklisted AutoLenders because of this incident, and I will not stop until everyone in my life knows how unpleasant it was for me on your lot yesterday. Vengeance is nigh.

Without a doubt the best car buying experience Ive had over the past 30 years. Mike Cassetta was by far the most consultative, knowledgeable and service oriented car salesman Ive ever met. Mike met us on the lot, took the time to determine our purchase paramaters including price range, style, color etc. Mike then proceeded to send us out on test drives. He presented the saliant aspects of each car and sent us out on our own to get a feel for it. When we returned, Mike determined how we felt about the car, answered our quesitons and then led us to another option which he already had queued up on the curb for us to test drive. We never considered the make of the car we purchased and would have missed the opportunity entirely if Mike hadnt pointed us in the right direction. Very important to me: Mike never put a car in front of us that was higher than our max sales price (no upsell). If he did, I would have walked out. The no negotiating aspect of the Auto Lenders process freaked me out because Ive always felt I had to fight to avoid being taken advantage of by the car dealer, but in the end, the price of the car I purchased was in line with my research on the vehicle. If you prefer to work with a straighforward, consultative, service oriented, knowledgeable good guy who works hard to help you find the right car for you, then Mike Cassetta at Auto Lenders is your man.

Hands down, I would recommend no one else, other than Autolenders for vehicle purchase. This was the greatest car buying experience Ive ever had in 25 years of car ownership. Ross Waller went beyond the the scope of responsibility in customer service, diligence and effectiveness. He is bright, he knows the pros and cons of various models of cars, he was humorous, and made us feel comfortable and welcomed, in fact, had I not been so interested in his car racing experience (my son has an avid interest dirt bike racing), I could have had been the owner of my 2006 Highlander Hybrid, in a little under an hour, complete financing and all. This is the first company in a long time whom impressed me by exceeding my expectations. People are foolish if they by pre owned anywhere else. Autolenders is honest, each of the employees I had dealings with that day radiated sincerity. They stand by their vehicles better than any other dealership (including brand new car dealerships), and their prices were on the mark with KBB and Edmunds. I got a great car, couldnt be happier. Thank you Autolenders! I am so glad I waited for the right car to become available. These people go beyond anything you could expect. Thank you again.

Very disappointed considering Auto Lenders reputation! The salesman (Ross) and finance manager were very unprofessional! The salesman took advantage of my cousin who is not legally competent to buy a car, they took trade of a car that my mother is co-signor w/out her being present to consent to the trade in! When my 63 year old disabled mother and cousin went back to dealership first thing in the morning, they were bullied by first the salesman then the finance manager. My mother called me while I was at work to help her with the situation. I spoke to both the salesman and finance manager who were also trying to bully and bluff me. After calling corporate headquarters and advising both of them over and over that the credit app was invalid as well as the fact that my mother was not signing off on the trade in, they finally gave the car back to them! And to top it off, they told her they could not put the tags back on the car for her b/c they "didnt have a screwdriver". Shame on Auto Lenders of Williamstown!

Our daughter was involved in an accident and her current vehicle was totaled. I was able to look on Auto lenders web site and located several cars we were interested in. I had the car transferred to Williamstown and was even given an appointment to meet a salesperson. Upon our arrival the vehicle was out front and we were able to take the vehicle for a nice long test drive. The salesman Ryan Weikel made this the best car buying experience ever. There was no pressure and everything was clearly explained to us. We purchased the extra warranty and were extremely satisfied. The vehicle need a few minor issues addressed and the service continues to be excellent. Ryan quickly returns our phone calls and is very helpful answering all of our questions and concerns. I will definitely purchase our sons first car with Ryan at Auto lenders. Thank you Auto lenders for the best car buying experience ever!!!

We recently moved from Philadelphia to Williamstown and with the birth of our second child we had to get a new car fast. I filled out the credit application online and got a phone call the next day which was a Saturday. We went into the dealer ship on Monday and met with Frank Welsh at the Williamstown location. He had all the cars lined up for us to test drive and we fell in love with the first car. It was the best experience we have ever had to deal with buying a car. We are very happy to say we drove home that night in a new car. It was in my price range and safe for my new family. This was a no hassle experience and we did not walk away feeling bad or taken at all. Auto Lenders really went up and beyond my expectations. I will recommend them to anyone I know buying a car.
