I will buy every car from Auto Lenders for the rest of my life, and from Kyle Burst for as long as he works there. I truly love Auto Lenders as much as one can platonically love anything without it getting creepy. I’ve purchased two Rogues from them in 8 months. They were fantastic during my first purchase – I had no idea what car I wanted, and Kyle let me drive whatever I wanted without a hint of annoyance or pressure. When I found the car I loved, they gave me a fair price on my trade-in and made sure all the numbers lined up. When I lost that car in an accident in January, I went right back to Auto Lenders. I’m still mind blown at the customer service the second time around – even better than the first. I submitted a credit app online and within 5 minutes Kyle called and not only remembered me but remembered details from our last conversation (so he was able to ask how our recent move was, for example). He had also done the extra work of figuring out which of their Rogues would be a good fit based on my preferences from last time, and the car he suggested was spot on. (Gotta love a sales rep that gets you.) Loved the car and the paperwork was easy (thanks, Lew!). Two things most impressed me during the process. First, the bank initially quoted a higher rate than it gave me on the last car; Kyle and Lew negotiated with them and the bank agreed to give me the previous lower rate. They did this on their own – I never even knew there was an issue until it was already solved. Second, I had purchased an extended warranty on my last car and they were able to terminate it and basically apply the value to the new car. They also ran the numbers to figure out how many miles I had been averaging and figured out that I could extend the warranty at no additional cost to me. Again, without me even asking. Had I gone elsewhere, the value of that warranty would likely have been overlooked and lost. Just freaking incredible people.

My husband and I were directed to the Auto Lenders Voorhees location by a family member. After visiting other dealerships, we were pretty tired of dealing with salespeople and their standard routine. We arrived at Auto Lenders and were pleasantly greeted by a gentleman named Colin. We really appreciated his professionalism, attention to detail, and the extremely personal experience he created. One moment in particular that stood out is when we requested a Nissan Altima to drive -- after we mentioned that we would prefer a dark grey color, Colin came back with "the better of the two dark greys," since the other one had a few too many knicks and scratches. Needless to say, we were very pleasantly surprised that we didnt have to request the better of the two cars ourselves, as we might have had to do while car shopping elsewhere. Colins experience and know-how absolutely resulted in our purchasing a Toyota Camry. He was unbelievably easy to deal with -- we felt as though he was a friend who was car shopping with us, not a salesman trying to do business with us. He was professional yet warm and friendly, and right from the beginning he was on the same page with us. He never once tried to persuade us one way or the other. He simply provided the facts about each of the cars we were interested in, and let us make our decision from there. To say our experience with Colin was low-stress would be a serious understatement! We have already given his business card to some friends who are looking for cars. The atmosphere at Auto Lenders was very low-key, relaxed, and stress-free, which was the perfect environment for purchasing a car. We cant say enough about our great experience. My husband and I will undoubtedly be returning to Auto Lenders the next time were in the market to purchase a high-quality, fairly-priced car.

We were very satisfied with our recent car buying experience at AutoLenders in Voorhees. We had bought another car from them several years ago. This time around, we werent sure which of several cars we wanted. Colin Campbell, the salesman we worked with, took us at our word that we wanted time to explore. After giving us an overview of 5 different cars in the showroom that we were considering, he left us alone to explore each of the cars on our own, kick the tires, take notes, and form our own impressions. Colin did check back with us once or twice, but basically stayed out of our way. There was no pressure! Another great aspect of AutoLenders is that all of sales people work together as a team. Any of them were willing to answer questions without concern that you were "someone elses customer". They work well together as a team. We ended up test driving 3 cars over several days. Each of them had to be brought to Voorhees from one of their other locations. Colin treated bringing the cars over as routine, and again no pressure to buy. Based on our comparison shopping we feel we got a good deal on the price of the car we bought. Car price was not affected by our choice of financing [we took Auto Lenders which was slightly lower rate than we found on our own], extended warranty [we declined], or trade-in [we declined AutoLenders offer]. Our selected car was in good shape for our test drive and even better after we went around with car with Colin, pointing out several detailing things we wanted done. They were all completed the next day. Colin even wrote up a We Owe order to cover a few things were forgot to mention the first time around. We will continue to recommend AutoLenders and Colin.

Auto Lenders provided exceptional service acknowledging my specific wants for my vehicle and my husbands needs for the quality of the car. We spent a bit of time going through south jersey visiting other used auto dealers and we experienced service that was uncomparable to Auto Lenderss employees. At Auto Lenders I very much appreciated the service of John Hynes, AJ Kingsland, & Steve Mitchell. They all treated me with respect and didnt speak strictly to my husband (as I found at various other companies). They were patient, as I found the process far more difficult than Id originally anticipated. Lew Burcaw was also exceptional with regards to the finances and paperwork process. After my first visit at Auto Lenders on July 5, I knew I wanted to buy a car from those gentlemen because they made me feel that truly wanted me in a safe automobile with all my qualifications (mostly cosmetic, but important to me as a driver). Unfortunately I was very picky and the original model (a ford fusion) was not available with the specifications I required. After a few more visits at other auto dealers I knew I had to buy a car from auto lenders, not just because of the quality customer service, but also because of the quality cars. It was evident after test driving other vehicles how much effort goes into ensuring the used car is in the best possible condition. My second visit to auto lenders led me to a Hyundai Sonata and I could not be happier to purchase the car from this company. While I know it is a large financial investment I am 100% ensured that I am getting the best possible price for the most quality car. I would highly recommend Auto Lenders to any one interested in purchasing a car in the future. Thank you!
