Original post (posted 6/22/16 about 6/18/16): We drove home in our newly bought car and now FOUR days later theyre calling and saying they cannot get us the interest rate that was promised. Both my fiancee and I are missing work having to deal with this. We asked JC MANY times what happens if the interest rate isnt approved by the bank and he said dont worry about it and he will personally take care of it to make it happen. The next problem is during contract signing. They gave us a specific value for our trade, then took out over $300 to "prep" the car, THEN kept $600 because we agreed on $18,000 out the door on our car and if they had given us the $600 leftover then it would have been $17,400 for everything, which isnt what we agreed on. On the car, they said that a dial not turning fully for the air conditioning was normal. My fiancee went to a mazda dealership where we live and looked at cars exactly like it and the dial DOES turn fully and STAYS! Also with the car, it smelled like cigarettes so bad I was nauseous and could barely stand being in the car. They said they would clean it again and do everything they could, with the price staying at $18,000. SUDDENLY when we ask when they were going to take the car back to be cleaned again, they did a 180 and now they want $300-$400 tacked back on to the price of the car (making the payment $18,300-18,400) to have the car cleaned. We decided the $300 wasnt worth paying when we could go to an auto detailer and pay $75 for an obviously better cleaning since this dealership couldnt get the smell out the first time. Update on the car (6/23/16): took it to a mazda dealership here and they fixed the dial in no time (for free thankfully), did the recall (which we were told was taken care of already when we were looking at the car), and changed out an air filter ($25) because the one in the car was nasty. They said that the lingering cigarette smell could have been coming from there. So, now we did a $25 air filter change and the car smells 100% better. Again, still better than the $300 they wanted to do it. Update on contract (7/5/16): Returned to the dealership. Spoke directly to Judy and she is the one who has been calling around and pulling strings to get things fixed. The finance manager I mentioned above has been fired and procedures have been changed so this doesnt happen again. I am glad we had everything ironed out in the end, thanks to Judy Perry.

Words could not express my happiness with this dealership and its staff. They are all extremely diligent and honest. I was in a pretty bad situation due to a car accident that totaled the car that I had just financed with them only 7 short months ago and the day after my accident I contacted Judy who set me up with Brad and he was on it immediately! She assured me that everything would be ok and no matter what they would take care of me and that was very true as Judy and the entire staff worked very hard and found the perfect vehicle for me AGAIN! I would highly recommend Lou Bachrodt Mazda of Coconut Creek as they have proven over and over that their goal is to give the customer exactly what they want. This will be the 4th car that myself and other family members have purchased from them with the same level of diligence and satisfaction. I honestly wouldnt go anywhere else! Words can not express my happiness and gratitude for everyones hard work and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Thank you all so very much!!! Especially my girl Judy who told me not to give up as I was feeling pretty down and not so optimistic but I listened to her and she was right! I am now driving the vehicle that I had my heart set on and I am the happiest girl in the world right now in my sexy new truck. I cant say enough about the entire staff, theyre all just amazing and only want the very best for their customers so thanks again everyone for doing your due diligence as always! Dont waste your time going anywhere else because they are the ABSOLUTE BEST!! They deserve a 100 stars! With so much love and gratitude thank you all from the bottom my heart! So if you are in the market for a great vehicle.....forget the rest and shop with the best!!!!

I purchased my new Mazda 2016 CX-5 Touring vehicle this past weekend. Passing by the Mercedes and other dealerships I must say there is absolutely no vehicle Id prefer have than the one I got. It is such a smooth, comfortable luxury ride at an affordable price. I had originally looked at the RAV4 and thought it would be a practical vehicle as a mommy of a 9 month old. It was practical but nothing about it excited me. After months and months of research I found the Mazda CX-5 to be the safest, most reliable, option with good gas mileage while still having the bells and whistles most often found in luxury vehicles. This is a vehicle with the oomph and excitement I wanted yet safe enough for me to be confident driving the little man of my life. Sure, the reviews say its safe but let me give a clear example. I test drove in the pouring rain and found the vehicle handled itself very well even on the slick roads. It was easy to navigate and see out of all of the windows. There are also safety features that provide lane departure warning. Another car decided to pull out in from the side and would have hit us except for the fact the warning sound and light came on which enabled me to know and react quickly. We maneuvered instantly out of the way avoided a crash. Im an extremely cautious driver but would not necessarily have been able to see and avoid this type of accident. As you can probably imagine, this momma was SOLD on the CX-5 right then and there. David Judovits was helpful and not pushy through the entire process and knew that if I experienced the car myself it would sell itself. He was correct. I love driving and am confident that I am in the right vehicle for my family.

After researching where this Mazda dealership was, I was greeted with the delightful sight of seeing these good reviews here on google. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a sales rep, Jason. I found the car I wanted, things were going smooth. I had my sights on a Mazda 3HB & planned to trade in my car if the numbers were right. We started talking numbers & thats where it went south. I was low balled on the trade in value on my car, which is understandable; this is a business. After denying their first offer on the Mazda 3 & the trade in value of my car, I countered with my offer. After Jason saw my offer, he grabbed the manger or ~owner~ as he says: Les Nunez. Les came out and said "Whered you guys get this crazy number." After a light exchange of words, !!!!!! Les then introduced himself & told told us to have a great night!!!! Totally thrown off by that & feeling disrespected, we left. I then walked back in to get his name.. When I asked Les his name, he said "heres my business card, I own the place. So whatever review or email youre going to send, I own this place." If Les Nunez really owns this place, I can see why this place has bad reviews on yelp.. I would never recommend anyone to buy a car here. Never. You might be denied just like I was. I cant believe I was kicked out of a car dealership based on my offer. Unreal. sure it was a low ball offer, but for him to not even want to do business based on that. come on now. & the fact that Les Nunez said he owns the place. Oh man, It just Makes me laugh.
