Do not buy a car from these guys unless you are a mechanic and you have completely gone through the vehicle. Other reviews of 1 star make complete sense to me based on my own experiences. Our salesman, Shay, tried to get me to leave a "very good review" on his computer for Google Reviews before I was even finished with the car purchase. This would explain so many "happy" 5 star reviews - given before buyers even drive their car off the lot. Biggest complaint: we hesitated to buy the car, because there was a knocking sound coming from the right rear which I thought sounded like a strut problem, but they showed us a computer printout showing that they bought rear struts next door at Advanced Auto and installed them. We spent hours sitting in the sun, while their mechanics tried to figure out what the knocking noise was. The mechanic drilled into the bottom of my vehicle and inserted wood screws (which later loosened and had to be tightened) which didnt fix it. I kept asking if it was the strut, and they didnt think it was the strut, so we bought the car thinking it was just some harmless noise. The noise got worse and worse over the next 6 weeks, and guess what the problem was? Yes, it was indeed the rear strut making the knocking noise! The rear struts, which were the new ones, were replaced and now there is no knocking noise! Other complaints that cost us money: There was a loud buzzing noise every time we unlocked the car. They acted like they had no idea what it was - no big deal. Turns out we need a rear door lock actuator with an estimate over $600. Also, the car does not always go into park or pull out of park. Were yet to get an estimate to get this fixed. These guys are not trustworthy and will try to move problem vehicles by giving you a cheap price. Shay, while very nice, promised much he didnt deliver: "The smoke will be removed from the car today. They will fix the knocking sound. Dont worry about the almost $1000 dealer fee - you will be so happy." (All wrong, btw.) They balked at negotiating any money off their retail price of the car, and then finally gave me a couple hundred dollars off. I asked that if I bought the car they would fill the tank. The manager said yes, and then they gave me a $20 gas card (the van was on 1/4 of a tank). AGAIN: The reason you see so many 5 stars on their reviews, is probably because, like with me, they tried to get me to leave a "really good review for us" on their computer before we had completely finished buying the car in his office. I looked at him and said, "Well, Id at least like to drive it home first..." To FL Auto Trend: You need to be honest with your customers about what is wrong with the vehicles and what you can and cannot make better. You may need another mechanic. If youre going to fix a car, make sure you at least fix it correctly. If you cant or wont fix a car, please be honest with the customer about what is wrong with it. Also, please stop being defensive (you guys say, "We have the right to make a living...") when people try to negotiate (which is a normal car buying/ selling activity). Just tell them the truth, that you advertise your cars for less to draw in customers but you cant really negotiate better than that.

One of the main reasons I actually came back to this dealership was because of the excellent customer service Charlie provides. If youre like me, and you need to take a long time to make a decision, FL Auto Trend is the place to go! This is the first car Ive bought in a while, and I spent 4 weekends going from dealership to dealership and test driving different vehicles. I spent many nights doing research online - pricing, reviews, ratings, etc. I had some good experiences and some bad ones, but I had an exceptionally good one at FL Auto Trend. Charlie was my salesperson, and he patiently rode with me as I came and went, test driving somewhere around 10 vehicles on and off highways and through quiet neighborhoods. He did not pressure me; instead, he listened to my concerns and doubts and thoughtfully responded, when I brought up issues that concerned me he consulted knowledgeable coworkers or looked it up and got back to me. I ended up buying a new car at a reasonable price that I am extremely happy with . Charlies help didnt end when I signed the papers. He is still making sure I am satisfied with the purchase, and is still taking steps to allay any concerns (I heard a small noise when I stopped the car, and he talked to the on-site mechanics about it). In short, I really recommend him if you want a helpful-but-not-pushy sales experience.

BUT, after 3 days, they refused out to return my money. - UNFORTUNATELY, I signed the documentos, it had the topic "SPOKEN PROMISSES ARE DIFFICULT TO ENFORCE..."" and I needed to keep the car. - They told me (No wrote) it is fixed. Is possible trust??? ahhhh....I forgot, they told me: We buy your car, but you have to pay again all the taxes.... Do not purchase vehicles here. I recently purchased two vehicles from this company and moved them out of state. Once the transactions were completed I reached out to them about an issue I was having. I was initially told they would text with some information which they never did. From that point on, I was unable to get in contact with anyone working for the company as my calls keep ringing straight to voicemail. I have left numerous messages for this company and have been calling them for a couple of weeks now and they have completely ignored me. Also, my cars were not cleaned as promised when I picked them up. They swapped out a battery that wasnt working and put in another that barely worked. There were numerous little things company lied about which along with their poor customer service makes me regret purchasing from them.

Listen, I was buying my first car. Im 22, this whole process has been scary as heck for me. Ive already met with a few really shady salesmen who treated me like I was a complete idiot and made me feel stupid. They turned me away because I was young and didnt have 12+ grand to spend. But this man, Charlie!! Oh my goodness. His customer service has blown me away. Ive been in the hospitality industry since I was 16 and I can tell when someone is genuine. Charlie is amazing. Hes so sweet and HONEST. Hes helped and mentored me through this whole scary process and when I get my car I want it to be from him. Theyre amazing and super helpful!!! I love auto trend. Would definitely recommend it to anyone buying a used car. They already have the car fax for their cars. Good luck!! (:
