!!! Hi to all hard worker people trying to get a new car this is my history at AUTO-WAREHOUSE #IFEELBADDOINGTHIS . Just a little about me so you understand why Im soooo mad... I work Tuesday thru Sunday in a restaurant from 5pm to 3am, about 2years ago I was involved in a really bad car accident (it wasnt my fault) hit and run my best friend and I almost die that day but instead I have several fractures in my femur and and my spine !!! Im fine already ;)... the point of this is to let you know that I couldnt work for six month and I rode my bike 3 miles to go to work for a hole year saving money and trying to do things right , well finally I got the money I paid my towing company so they toke out the link for my licence plate almost 500$ which is understandable because I didnt have that money before is ok .... aaaaand I went to AUTO- WAREHOSE after looking for a month a CLEAN NISSAN MASIMA 2010 -2013 white and no accidents [what I wanted .. Manny was really attentive on the phone he inspired me to go running over there , thank you Manny! Then his coworker or brother how he called him gave me proofs in paper work that the car had all I was looking for /// AND IT DID BUT JUST IN PAPERWORK , FOR THE RECORDS [I never Cried for the price or anything] (no regateo) i think if you are selling something you put the price on it and if i like it i better have the money to pay for i!!! but thats me DOUGH :) I asked the car to be turn on they did but that was after 30 min switching the battery because the car was there for almost 2 weeks and I wasnt on once in that time ( bad first impression) but I liked the car and I was been really positive about it #imcool. I tried the car it Jas an intake on and it sounds really good !!! I will buy it I said ! Mike got really happy #understandable and we drove back to Auto WAREHOUSE wen I Told the guy I will come back for it monday because my girl had to work, and I gave the 1000 dollars deposited just to hold it .... monday I go I told George the sales manager I guess I have 4000 as down paiment he worked really hard to get a deal with the bank , thank you GEORGE.. what makes me write this negative Review after 5 month is that : I paid 300 dolars for a GPS I still have in my car and George said Loud and clear that he was gonna refund that money which is not gonna be possible because I dont have a receipt with that transaction in my power ((( I had a Migraine crisis after I heard that ))) My head light when off and I toke it to Auto nissan for 4th time in 5 month trying to do things right [ i have the receipts )and they said the light was been replaced for one bought in internet and if i wanted to be fix it was 900 dolars (I will put the pic) So the car was fixed illegally so they didnt have to report the accident so they can get 11000 dollars as a NON ACCIDENT CAR as I was looking for::: I dont want anything from them anymore i just want you YES YOU THE HARD WORKER ONE !!! THE one that dont scrub people up trying to make your money , DONT GO TO AUTO WAREHOUSE OR AT LEAST DONT GO TO THIS ONE

Watch out they are scammers. Been speaking to Randy over text about a BMW 335i that they posted on Craigslist for just under $10,000. I first called and was connected to Randy. He explained the process and said he would text me where I could respond needing a copy of my drivers license and email address so he could forward me paperwork. I had asked why I needed to send my drivers license and he Snidely replied how else am I going to get your information! I explained that was kind of rude and that I was concerned about identity theft. I reviewed this site to confirm information and found they have many 5 stars but the one Stars peoples comments were concerning. I reluctantly sent him a copy of my drivers license. I asked quite a few questions and text and got sporadic answers. I received the documents which said need to send a $3,000 deposit and $495 whats for their services and non-refundable. I specifically asked Randy and if the car was available and never got a straight reply. He just informed me I needed to fill the paperwork out and send the money and they would get the car for me. He also assured me the car had gone through quality checks and was in good operational condition. I received the paperwork that included the VIN number so being skeptical I Googled the VIN number and this is where I found that the car belong to a dealership in Ocoee Florida. I call that dealership to confirm they actually own the car and it wasnt in for auctioning and I was told that they received a call from one of their dealers and it was never in an auction but it was on the dealer exchange list. They told me there was no way they would ever sell that car on the dealer exchange this for the price I was quoted. I text Randy back about this and so far havent heard any answers but I will not be doing business and I feel you should know this is how they operate. Be sure to get the VIN number and do your research before giving them $495 they wont return to you.

I got a raw deal. Purchased a vehicle and it arrived to me around June 2015. By Early November 2015 the vehicle started running very poorly. The engine was shot, after all of the money I spent trying to purchasing a "quality" vehicle. Mechanic told me it appeared a quick fix was done in order to sell the vehicle. Another Problem was that when my car arrived I noticed constant gas smell coming from it. When I took the car in for the engine problem, they checked the gas smell as well and told me that the fuel line wasnt connected, the car was leaking gas the whole time. We removed the back seat of the car and it was drenched in gasoline. So now I am here, having to purchase a new engine, and connect a fuel line on a car that I havent even owned for a full 6 months before the problems started. BE VERY CAREFUL!! RE: Yes I respectfully declined, and subsequently purchased a car that was recommended by AW. It was already sitting out on your lot having passed testing from what I was told. It is disingenuous to make it out as if I went against your advice and purchased a vehicle that you did not recommend yourself. In fact I didnt know of the vehicle until it was brought up and recommended by your team. Yes Im sorry as well, you live and learn.

Alright,WARNING, WARNING dont not i repeat dont wast you time and money at this (I dont even know, how to put it in to words) location. Im shocked, im just gonna cut this short. All their gonna do is lie to you, i mean dumb lies and only reason im not in jail right now for doing something, is cuz i got to much going on to was my time dealing with these thieves. But that 495.00 is what the steal from you. Once i gave this crook Gio my money he never called me back i kept calling them. Saying dumb crap to me left and right i swear to god man, even my girl was going off and shes alway calm. And if you write the reviews youll see they response to all of the reviews... Which is funny to me cuz they never turned my calls out of 4 weeks? Thats cuz once i gave him the first 495.00 his work was done he didnt have to do nothing else. Im actually going to have this business investigated. This is my second situation with a car company when its ran by Jews!!! I knew on that first day when he said something about being Jewish, I should of walked out. They most me related to kosher Motors. Look up the reviews too!
