Straight bullcrap. This people are hustlers . They make it seem like there all for helping you and that is not the case . I went and purchased a 2011 Chevy camaro ss. I put almost 10 grand down on a car that was told is in "almost" perfect condition . Here I am 3 months later and almost 2000 dollars in repairs . First my brakes give out on me my with my 4 year daughter in the car . Next throttle body goes bad while my daughter was in the car with me again . Car started to rattle violently and wouldnt go over 10 mph . Now the computer in the car goes bad. About a 1000 dollar job itself to fix . Now my car been sitting at there personal mechanics for 3 days and havent even been touched and told your warranty expired our hands are tyed. Smh . Im paying 500 a month plus 200 car insurance a month for what ? . These people are a joke . I REGRET THIS DECISION I MADE PURCHASING A CAR FROM HERE !!!!!! . PLEASE PEOPLE DONT BE FOOLED BY THE "COOL GUY" SALESMAN OR OWNER. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY WITH A EVIL SMILE ON THERE FACE . A case is being filed with the better business bureau also I will be taking them to court about these crazy repair bills I am getting after just getting this vehicle barley even 4 months ago . I reduse to let these people get away with the bullcrap they pulled on selling me this bag of junk on wheels .

Good Morning Shawn! On behalf of my wife Eva and me, I wanted to say how much I appreciate the time and courtesies afforded us during our visit to your dealership yesterday afternoon. Thanks to you and Alfredo, the two of you managed to successfully salvaged our 300 mile round trip car buying excursion to the Miami area after we initially experienced a very rocky stop at one of your competitors down the street. It was truly a pleasure meeting you guys. Eva and I felt genuinely bad that we couldnt purchase a car from your business. You provided us with a good, honest offer on the Infiniti QX56. I wish two things: The entrance height getting into this particular vehicle was a bit shorter so as not to put Eva ill at ease when stepping up in and out of the car and two, our car buying budget was about $1,500.00 greater. Please know that Eva and I will gladly recommend your services to our friends and acquaintances. Thanks to you and Alfredo, I can honestly say that our car shopping venture was a true success...even though we made no purchase. Hopefully our paths will cross again soon. I came down to visit my family for a few days and was thinking of trading my Lexus. I drove up and down 441 and and visited numerous locations. Only to find that most of the cars were in poor condition. I came across idrive on Craigslist and what was refreshing is the fact they offered a free warranty. After visiting with Alexander and Shawn and discussing my credit situation they got me approved for a payment I could live with and gave me a fair price for my trade. It was nice to be treated with respect, unlike the other dealers I visited. I did not purchase a car today because I wanted to put a little more money down. They did not pressure me and told me to come back when I was ready. I will be back and I will be purchasing from them.

They promised me a "soft" credit pull to approve me for a car, instead they pulled 3 HARD inquiries on my credit report which stays on for 2 YEARS. After I put down $500 cash they held it for 5 days, promising me the car I wanted. Day after day they kept giving me the run around of being approved. I was tired of calling so I went in person to see what was going on. Shawn and the other guys are nice yeah and respectable people but I ended up getting my money back, drove 15 minutes to another dealership and I walked out with the SAME car in 45 minutes. I literally used the same $500 to get the same car the same day at another dealership. What a headache

Gave one star, because shawn tried to be sincere, but that was after he called me narrow-minded. I was misled for 1 day and a half on one issue, was told complete misinformation from the moment I talked to alexander, very unknowledgeable and pretty much just says whats needed to get you to the finance manager. but even after that, we decided to try to get approved for the car we discussed, only to find out they approved the wrong car, which was not discussed with alexander. long story short. just unprofessional. Went to Offleaseonly and got the dream car with very little time wasted.

I was told by Sean in finance there was a fee of $2000 (that I had to pay) to do business with Westlake, the financial company, and today when i made my first payment and Westlake confirmed that there is no fee for doing business. So I was charged an extra $2000 for the vehicle I purchased. Sean stated that fee was because of my credit score. I guess I should have educated myself in finance before dealing with iDrive. I guess thats where the slogan "never trust a used car salesman" comes from. Its a shame that they pray on the ignorance of the consumer.

I bought a 2005 Benz on Oct 2nd n agreed to pay off balance in 2 months which was Dec 2 of 2015... Ben & Sean was awesome, customer service was excellent... I had a few minor problems with and they went over n beyond to make sure that my car was repair and return back to me at a rapid time frame... I would refer IDrive to all my family and friends... I know I can only give 5 stars but I Rate the overall bussiness and customer scarification a 10 in stars... Thank u again Idrive company Todd Foster

I got my car this pass Saturday and I am extremely happy with it. I definitely recommend idrive to people trying to get a car. Their service is incredible and the people there are awesome. They helped me get the car I have been wanting for awhile. Shawn was really helpful with everything and gave me all the info I needed. They work with all types of credit so the next time your looking for a car go to idrive they will help you get the car you want. Thumbs up to idrive.
