Worst Experience Ever!!!! In 2012 I asked for a Dodge Journey that has 3 rows because I have a large family. I was told by the seller that he purchased a car from Auction and the car had minor damages but it was fixable. When I went to pick up my car, It only had 2 rows. It showed the car only had 24,000 miles. When brought to the sellers attention about the missing 3rd row, he said the previous owner must have taken it out. A month later he said he purchased the 3rd row from a junk yard, and would install it. I dropped my car off and it took almost 2 months to get it back. Only to get it back with no seat belts in the 3rd row installed. Note: I am still waiting on the seat belts to be installed 2016. Dec 2015 I tried to trade my car in for another car, when it was brought to my attention that my car has no value. Due to the fact that my car was a total lost in a previous accident, it has frame damage and the Odometer was reset ( which is a Felony). I have contacted this dealer regarding this issue. All I was told was, I can trade it with them, also come up with deposit. They are not trying to own up to there Fraudulent Activity, just want more money. I want them to buy their car back from the finance company and return my deposit. But I am being avoided, no phone calls. Also to add insult to injury, they offer $300.00 referral program. I have referred 2 friends and have yet to receive my $600.00. Both friends has had horrible experience also with this bootleg dealership. Please stay away from them "ODOMETER FRAUD" ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL

HORRIBLE! Where do I even begin with this pitiful excuse of a car dealership? On 06/2013 I bought my first car there. A 2010 Nissan Coupe. Well, the owner had told me that my car had gotten into an accident but it wasnt big. After I purchased this vehicle little by little I started noticing things wrong with my car. He had offered to fix my car so he asked me to take it to him. He had my car for a total of 4 months and when I got my car back I realized he didnt do anything in those 4 months. The only thing he did do was put 3000 miles into my car that wasnt there when I left it to him. He kept blaming the mechanic and never reimbursed me for that. There was a 17 item list that I gave him with things wrong with my car. I wrote that list over and over again and he never did a thing about it. Finally, after 6 months he told me to go to another a Body Shop of a friend that he knows and that guy did nothing as well. Here I am a year and 4 months later and my car is still not fixed this place is a disgrace do not buy your car there!

A++++ great service,very honest always willing to pleased the costumer..... sales manager Ralph very professional and business ortiented person This gentleman stood with me til 8pm to finalize the sale and made sure my vehicle was completed as agreed, needless to say it was on a Saturday.i would DEFINETELY buy from him again and a recommend. My first experience was great. My down payment wasnt high neither nor was my monthly payments. I recommend my brother and best friend to them and they both were satsified with their cars. Also, the owner works really good with you alone with his secretary to make sure that you are good and great with the outcome of your purchase I would recommend anyone to him that wants to buy a car.

I got a car a few months ago, a 2005 dodge stratus and its had its little problems being an old car and all but when I call the dealership they tell me to bring it in right away and help resolve the problem. Im happy to know that they will fix any issue that arises.
