I followed my friend to Flow in his truck to have his Cadillac STS serviced. On the way there the brakes on his truck went out so the owner decided to have a Flow mechanic look at it and he also turned his Cadillac over to the other side and we waited. Several hours passed and they never even came out to look at his truck as we could plainly see it the whole time and I was in the market for a new car for my daughter so I walked around the lot looking at economy cars. I was ignored and even told the "cars somebody like you(me) could afford were on the used side". I decided Ill stick with Mazdas at that point, never like Chevy service anyways as they have a rep for being crooked. My friend was still waiting for his truck then got the news his Caddy would be a few days, we were getting tired and went to see if they were going to fix his truck. Heres what happened next and is documented by security cams and our subsequent complaint. Mind you all we were next door with his truck in clear view for HOURS! Jack went to the dude who took down his information and asked about his truck. They guy looked at us funny and waited on two other customers till he got us alone. He proceeded to ask us why we werent in the waiting room where they could come get us. Jack told him his other car was being worked on too and we were in the other waiting room. The maint guy looked at us weird then proceeded to read off an estimate claiming he need a complete brake job totaling """ $ 4500 """ after taxes!~ OMG.. THEY NEVER EVEN CAME OUT ONE TIME TO LOOK AT IT. We caught them dead to the rights. The rear main brake line gave out, $35 part. It was late and hot so I had to crawl under my friends truck and pinch off the rear line, go to the parts dept and buy a bottle of brake fluid and we had to drive back to Salisbury with front only brakes very carefully because of those lying cheating pieces of &*^^! I would like to note, the owner of the truck recently had all that work done at a reputable shop in Salisbury but nobody noticed the line was rusting behind the fuel tank. Im also a mechanic, disabled and retired so they werent pulling that crap on me. 2 days later Jack got the call his Caddy was done, they replaced a module for $800 plus dollars and recommended the left front hub be replaced. I JUST REPLACED THAT SIDE LAST MONTH with a brand spanking new one! They had to try and crap him again! Well, the person who called said all the error lights were off, he lied. Almost $900 pissed away at a typical GM dealership that everyone knows plays this crap with hard working customers. We should have never bailed them out, and good foreign manufacturer would have taken over and we would have better cars and Americans would still be working, only with PRIDE instead of GREED. Flow, you are one piece of crap. If you dont like this review, too bad. Its the truth and I hope more people start putting it out here. We came to you because of Teams rep., but it seems GM dealerships will always be the armpit of America.

I have never felt so comfortable at a car dealership. Ive had a couple of bad experiences around town including every Kia dealership within 50 miles because I am young and dont have a ton of credit established yet. But this dealership spent 4 hours on the phone on a Saturday, gave me discounts above and beyond my companys negotiated discounts, and treated me like I was a valued customer the entire time I was there. They didnt bring back some ludicrous offer that was 200 dollars a month over my "limit", they just worked and worked at the credit guys until they came back with a number under my top. It took awhile but I drove away with the car I wanted, not some downgraded crap version of it like they offered me at Kia, and for less then my limit in monthly payments. This kind of customer service and treatment at a car dealership is something that is lacking in this town and I would recommend them to everyone I meet. I will definitely be buying from them again when we trade my wifes car in next year and more then likely will never buy from another dealer again.

Recently took my 2015 Cadillac SRX4 due to an issue with a broken rear wiper washer line. They provided me with a loaner because they wanted to keep to car overnight to investigate another problem regarding an anti-freeze smell in the car from time to time. Picked the car up the next day and they had made necessary repairs and washed the exterior which this dealership always does and for me this is a great perk. When I arrived home I got out of the car and immediately noticed a significant dent next to the door handle. I hadnt noticed this prior to leaving the dealership because I was talking to the service manager and the service desk employee. I contacted Michael, Cadillac service manager, and he has agreed to look at the damage the next time I bring the car in for service. I live approximately 65-70 miles from the dealership so making a trip back is not practical. I do like Flow motors and although I cant prove this happened at the dealership the ding is so obvious there is no way I wouldnt have noticed it prior to having the car serviced.

My truck was towed by Flow Auto center the very next day after the accident from a local car storage facility. I went by the center and was greeted by Branson. He gave me an estimated date of completion and told me he would contact me when my truck was ready. To my surprise my truck was ready a few days earlier and I picked it up. Being that I worked for GM as a manager in the body shop assembly plant in Framingham, Mass I know a little bit about sheet metlal and metal finish work. I gave my truck a good inspection and found all the fits to be very consistent and level. The paint matched better than I thought it would. I am going back to have them put on a chrome bug shield on the hood because it was an after market piece and they had to buy it from a local business owner. I found Branson to be very professional and knowledgeable. This is one experience we hope does not have to be repeated in the future.

Incomplete initial diagnosis of problem which led to a repeat and even more dissatisfying experience. Dishonest loaner car practices. Actually, outright fraudulent loaner car practices. Failure to advocate for customer to the third party warranty company for the warranty plan provided by Flow. Intimidated, pressured, and guilt tripped my wife at the end of it all when she went to pick up her car 3 weeks later. Not only will I not recommend Flow to a friend, but I will proactively warn people about the dishonest, unprofessional business practices. I purchased 3 vehicles within 1 year from Flow. Over the next 30 years I will purchase 0 from Flow. It is unfortunate that Chevrolets name is attached to this dealership. They are essentially vouching for this horrid representation of their brand.
