I purchased a 2013 Toyota Corolla from Synergy on May 21, 2016. I thought I hit the jackpot with the customer service and my new car. Everything went well until I drove the car off the lot. Literally 12 minutes of driving the car to an insurance company to sign some documents the car died on me! I called Frantz back and he stated hell send someone to my location because it maybe the fuze box. The guys eventually came and come to find out, they had placed a Honda battery in a Toyota car! Drove back to the dealership and the switched the battery. The story doesnt end there! While back at the dealership I asked the guy who sold me the car (Frantz) can I switch for another car he stated he cant.. okay cool.. This car brought me to HELL in less than 3 days.. I was driving heading home after purchasing my new car and I heard an awful noise so I got scared and started driving faster just to make it home. I heard a loud noise like the driver side tire had blown off.. I pulled over to the emergency lane and I had to say a prayer or two. As I saw each car passing the debris from my car I realized it was the cover to the tire area. Im driving home scared to my pant so I drove with caution. The maintenance light was on and the car was driving funny. I decided to take the car to Toyota of North Miami (best idea ever!!) I did an oil change and a tire rotation. Toyota of North Miami then informed me of a LIST of problems with the car. I called Frantz back and he told me, "its because youre at Toyota of North Miami thats why they saying that." Frantz then informed me that he will call me back because hes with a client now. I never received a call back until I texted him stating Im going to get legal action on him. Frantz called back in less than 5 minutes! He offered me to return the car back to them and they will do the service. If the car had all these issues why werent these services done in the first place before it was sold? I had a bad experience with this car dealerships, their nice people but dont buy a car that they have on their lot. I still want to take legal actions because I know if they fix the car it wont be done right!! If you decide to purchase a car with this company bring a good mechanic with you.

Came in looking for a camaro that looked great, come to find out the speaker didnt work and the seats didnt go down, told the manager steve and he refused to fix it! Not to mention the customer service from steve was horrible because he never answered my questions with a real answer.when it came to financing i have a 730 score but he said i only got approved for 18%!! When i asked to see why the other banks denied me he said i cant show it to me bcuz its his business and not mine. But the crazy part is that the car went for $11,500 after the approval i seen the price went to $15,000! He said im risky to a lender but then tried to say the bank told him to sell me the car for 15k if i was a true risk the last thing they would do is make me pay more, Steve only cares about profit not customers

I bought a car from synergy auto deals my credit was very bad and i went to other dealer to get approve but they want more down payment but i got approve with my low deposit on 1000.00 thank you for this chance and thank for the salesman Rene for the approval and that he make sure that was nothing run with my car its been 60 days sorry that took to long but i make sure that everything is fine with my car thank you Rene

This place is a scam they sold me a car and in less than six months The transmission blew out when I first bought the car they told me I was only going to have the pay 6000 not only did I already put 3000 down so I was only supposed to be paying 3000 more when I got out all my information and papers it ended up being that I would have to pay over 15,000 they are lying and selling bad cars do not buy your car here

After dealing with many unprofessional and pushy salesman, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Synergy Auto Deals. They followed up with me whenever I asked them to and they were always very informative and polite. I was so happy with my bmw that I decided when my daughter graduated high school this summer we will come back to Synergy Auto Deals for her first car.

I went to the dealer although we had our issues before with the car so I went back and spoke to Frantz n we came into a great compromise and he will help me fix the car and I was very happy and satisfied with his service.He is the best person to deal with in the dealership he is very understanding and helpful.
