Like MOST people that look for cars on the internet, I did not read the fine print. And as you read my review, you will see others that failed to read the fine print and blame the dealership for being dishonest. All of the dealers ads say, "All prices are based on $3000 Down or Trade of equal value". This means that the price is after youve put down that much or traded a car in that meets that standard. That being said, I went over to look at a 2015 Ram 1500. I wasnt planning on purchasing. I had a budget I was sticking to it. I already had pre-approval from my credit union so if I found a great deal, I had the leverage to purchase as cash. I met Jorge, the salesman and he treated me like I was an old friend. In fact, he didnt even talk much about cars. After a test drive and checking the vehicle (no accidents- one owner) we ran the numbers. As I sat in the office, I noticed that the facility is nice and quiet with no pressure from the staff. Jorge came back with numbers that werent even close to my budget. I explained that it was too much for me and I wasnt in a rush. He completely understood and didnt say a word more. I gave him instructions to call me if a great deal was to be had and he assured me he would. As I was about to walk out the door, the manager on the floor, Benji Jr., asked what my limit was. I told him and he showed me his computer screen that showed how much the dealership purchased the truck for. It was just under my budget and I told him I understood. They have to make money too. Benji really wanted my business and gave me another number...It was just over my budget. I still was sticking to my limit. So, in a last ditch effort, Benji went to the owner (You think he had a good relationship with the owner? LOL) and got it to my number. So, now I consider this GREAT deal. A 6 month old truck with 14K miles, still smells new and still has over 20K miles left in warranty! Who can pass up that? Im the type of consumer that wants to get in, purchase my product and get out. And thats what I got. I couldnt be happier with my purchase and I will remember my time at Benji Auto Sales as a fantastic auto buying experience.

Queridos compradores de benji o que van a intentar comprar, se está preparando un documental para que conozcan el trato de los trabajadores principalmente del Jesús Gomes Manager General, conozcan la despotes el maltrato la falta de respeto y por supuesto todo esto después que usted compra, se la pasan reuniendo a todos los vendedores o agentes para exigirles que no les mientan al comprador cuando él es el primer mentiroso, te venden carros de uso en mal estado, y cuidado no salgan sin freno, sin gato para si se ponchan que es lo más seguro ya que hasta las yantan te las dan lisa, los rodamientos en muy mal estado ,las puertas sin las juntas de adentro y siempre diciéndote que eso se te va a poner, todo eso y mucho mas, pronto por Telemundo 51 y unimas verán de que estoy hablando, NO COMPREN HAY SE LOS ACONSEJO O SALDRAN TIMADOS..

***Beware*** $900 dealer fee you have to be kidding thats not even the beginning there nothing but liars and hungry for money. I went with $10,000 down on a $25,000 car that Im going to end up paying $43,460 for with $10,000 down. Its incredible how they were asking for the down-payment like a hungry kid in Africa before signing the deal or going through the new bank rates which they never told us about . They were very cocky about getting us approved. I already got you approved at a credit union for $420 a month the next day I come ohh I got you with a better bank (reality) they didnt approve us at the credit union. The bank was worse it was 19% interest rate and $2,000 fee just for the bank. There lucky to get the deal done because my boyfriend is tired of looking for a car. They lied and literally forced the deal. I ended up paying $5,000 in fees the car was $25,000 I put $10,000 down and owe $20,000 for the car with 19% intrest. Gon to Florida fine cars

Working with Benji auto sales I have noticed they truly care about their customers. I have been working with Dennis and Benji to optimize their website to show the world how ethical their company is. Benji and Dennis came to me in need of true marketing and I explained to them they can be fully optimized and their website can be listed online at the top of Google, Bing, Yahoo, and Yelp but if people in the world do not know how ethical they really are how will they know they can trust them. Since I have been working with Benji and Dennis I have seen growth due to their customer Service and I would buy a car from them as I feel I can trust them. Anyone that wants to buy a car in the Hialeah/Miami Florida area really should not count this company out because they are a used car dealership. They sell quality cars at VERY ethical Pricing.

I am one of the few to post anything let alone give a 5 star rating but While me and my wife was looking around for a luxury vehicle to purchase, we decided to stop at Benji auto sales. As we parked our vehicle, we was greeted by a friendly staff member with a smile Mr. RAMON ESTEVEZ. He was VERY helpful, and even though the dealership was about to close in 15 minutes, Mr. RAMON ESTEVEZ did not show any impatience at all. He worked with us after hours until me and my wife was completely satisfied with our Mercedes Benz E350. OUR 1ST LUXURY VEHICLE AND I THANK GOD THAT HE HAD MR. RAMON ESTEVEZ TO HELP US ACCOMPLISH OUR GOAL. THE TRANSACTION WAS VERY SMOOTH THAT IM STILL ON CLOUD 9. My experience at this dealership was simply AMAZING! The Staff and the team members there, all work together as a team and they have such Great love and energy in this place. I went there because my husband recommended me to Jesus and Benji as trusted salesmen to get the car of my DREAMS! And YES I GOT IT! I bought my car here and it wasnt even serviced my enging light came on i bring back to dealer they said gas cap wasnt tight engine light off ok a week later it came on again they said some filter just need to be clean they clean it whatever engine light off a bout almost 2 weeks later engine light came on again this time i went to nissan dealer they did test and they said i need to things done ......warrenty dont cover i have to pay Overall this stuff i had a 30 day warrenty at benji they new what was going on they brushed me off i suggest that you take your car to a dealer after you get vehicle to get a full dignostic test to be sure you wont face any problems i havent car that long i buy in may its july now this the only big problem i have with this company
