I was not impressed with the delivery of my flowers. I had asked for my daughters flowers to be delivered Friday afternoon after 4:30. Around 6 PM they were not delivered yet so I called. They claimed no one was home when the delivered, but there was someone home at the time. The told me they would deliver it the next day at 8:30 AM. At noon that next day they called me and said they could not find the address (they had the wrong house number). But yesterday they claimed no one was home? Although the flowers were pretty and what I had ordered, I have no trust in their delivery.

Their flowers totally look like something out of a grocery store. I admit I am spoiled by my local florist, but I was shocked. When confronted about their quality, they claimed they understood design as they had 25 years experience, and I just had a difference in taste. I will not be using them again, and would highly recommend using someone else for your floral needs.

I was disappointed in the arrangement delivered. It looked puny compared to the photo online - about half the size.
