The sales person I worked with here was a racist. He excused himself after making bigoted comments towards black people during the test drive by saying "Sorry, I am a little bit racist". The same sales person was unfamiliar with the sales process and offered me things that they were unable to commit to. My trade in vehicle was in the shop while I was shopping around. They purchased my vehicle sight unseen, after I offered to return another time with it, and after called me to complain about it not having all of the OEM parts on it. The entire process was extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately, they had the truck that I wanted with very low mileage. I wish Ford hadnt stopped making the Ranger so that I could have found one elsewhere with equally low mileage. Here it is 3/5/16 and I purchased my truck on 1/21. I still do not have a title memorandum. I am unable to transfer the title in to my name and my temp tags are about to expire. Do yourself a favor and do business elsewhere. Update #1 3/9/2016: A manager/director of their marketing department (corporate) contacted me about my reviews. He informed me that they have a zero tolerance policy for these things and that the sales person that I worked with was let go. He asked if there was anything else that they could do to help fix my poor experience. He followed up with the dealer to make sure I was going to get a copy of my title. They informed him that after I spoke with them on the 5th that it was mailed out. After, the sales manager from the Parma location called and asked if I felt that sensitivity training would, in my opinion, be sufficient... rather than firing the aforementioned sales person. I said this was fine... However, I am not so sure this should be a decision made by a customer. I feel like this is inappropriate to ask of me because on one side I am being asked to perpetuate this employees bad behavior and teach him that his actions are acceptable (is sensitivity training really going to change him?) and on the other side I am the sole decider as to whether or not this person has a job. I am not this employees manager and what does this say about your zero tolerance policy? I asked the sales manager why I had not received my title on time and he sheepishly admitted that it was because he put a note on the title saying not to release it to me. He said his intention was to call and convince me to give them the OEM wheels that were not on the car when I traded it in. Unfortunately, he either forgot or misjudged how much time had gone by and therefore it was never mailed to me. Yesterday I received my memorandum title and got new plates for the truck. Kudos to the marketing department for monitor your reviews and acting upon them.

Awesome service Mr.Hudson told me he was going to do a simple swap of my 2012 Ford focus for a 2016 focus with only a minor changes in my payments. The whole time I told him I didnt believe it could happen and I dont trust dealers. In a few short hours (wouldve been sooner but I had lots of questions went on serveral test drives and left for an hour came back) he got me approved for a 2016 focus that I now love with only a few hundred down AND no first month payment! Thanks again for everything and all of the staff were friendly! Also Im writing this review days after and since then Mr.Hudson and myself are in contact by email. I emailed him days later and almost instantly he has replied to all of my questions and concerns I had. Its important to have good customer service of course when your trying to sell something but to still have it after I already signed and purchased the vehicle drove off the lot and days later to still have amazing customer service shows that its genuine. I will continue to do business and take my car to Ford thanks to all the people that are there. I will also recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car.

I recently took my 2014 Ford Fusion in to have recall work done here at Liberty Ford. I mainly dealt with Mike(dont know his last name but he has an immaculate beard). He got my car in and out in the quoted time while arranging me a ride home and back so I would not have to wait at the dealership until my car was ready. When I went and got my car back Mike gave it back in BETTER condition than when I had dropped it off. On top of taking care of the service you come in for, they provide a multi point vehicle inspection, and wash your car for you. Mike also made my day because the blower motor on my car went out prior to taking it in for service and my vehicle is out of warranty, but he was able to provide a simple yet effective temporary solution to my problem buying me time until I can pay to have the part replaced. Based on my experience I will definitely return to Liberty Ford in Parma Heights and will recommend to friends and family. To Mike and the rest of the service staff, thank you again!

Liberty Ford Parma Heights Liberty Ford Parma Heights Car Dealers 6600 Pearl Rd Parma Heights, OH 44130 5.0 star rating1/3/2017 On Saturday 12/31/16, I was at Parma Liberty Ford trying to help a friend find a used car. She left without a used car. I stayed behind and saw a brown Titanium Ford Escape that had just came off the truck. I fell in love with the color. I drove it and still loved it. I traded in my 2014 Titanium silver Ford Escape with 21,333 miles on it. The manager wanted my car so I traded in my car. In fact it is on their lot now. In extremely great shape. I had both Andrew and Mark help Jr with the trade and the new car. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND PARMA LIBERTY FORD TO PURCHASE YOUR NEXT CAR. If your looking for a Ford Escape Titanium, look at mine. They have 4 on their lot and mine has the lowest mileage. See Mark or Andrew, they are awesome, as us everyone else Ive dealt with over the past few years. Holly E.

I bought a used vehicle from this dealership. The service was ok. I was made to feel uncomfortable about my credit (been supporting two households and so my near my limits on most my cards, but paying on time). I didnt care for some of their policies regarding used car sales, I wasnt offered an extended warranty but was pressured into purchasing GAP insurance (which I found odd). Of all my previous car purchases, this was the first time Id ever paid asking price for a vehicle and have yet to receive the title I need to license the car. The overall experience was good, but these are some of the issues that will cause me hesitation in going back. I serve on the board of a church, and even though many members there have asked me about my experience with Liberty Ford, I have refrained from getting into too much detail about my experience (good or bad).

This is the worst place to buy car I think they dont even cerify their used cars its just game I bought a top of the line ford tauras 1 year and 1/2 ago.. I had the car 2 months I needed tires cost $1400 then I had a recall on the car so the car sat in the lot for 7 months till they got the part. then because it sitting there threw the winter I need brakes all the way around and the calipers froze still have problems with the breaks even after I had the fixed the I had an engine leak witch they did fix now its in there again for another problem.. this is a lemon car that I believe they just wanted to get off there lot and make monies ... buyer beware if you buy here... I highly recommend not to buy here a very very disappointed buyer ford should not even get the 1 star horrible place to buy from wont get me to buy from them ever again/.
