Ive been meaning to write a review on Google about this place for a while now, just now getting to it. (Even though i already have done so on Facebook and to my 200k followers on Instagram). But I feel the need to warn as many people as i can, so they dont get screwed like I did. A few months ago, I took my car in to see what was draining my car battery. They later called me to tell me the estimate. It was including the labor it would be to unplug my aftermarket lights to test the drainage (understandable). The guy I spoke with on the phone told me "with that, the total will come to seventy five". I said " Seventy five dollars to unhook a 12v plug from a socket ? " Even though I told them the battery was giving me problems before the aftermarket installs). He then confirmed by saying "Yeah, Im sorry but its with the labor and parts its gonna take some time so thats what its gonna run you about". I said " Alright thats fine, I guess, let me know when its done" Two days later, I get a call saying its done and ready to be picked up. I asked what the problem was and whats the total? He told me that it wasnt the aftermarkets after all, and the total is four seventy five. I said "four seventy five?! How is that possible?!" He stated "Well, the labor came to two seventy five like i told you it would be, and the part needed was two hundred..." I said "No no no no, you said the total labor comes TO seventy five, not To TWO seventy five!". He tried to calm me down by saying "No, I said the correct amount, plus, were actually giving you a break because the report were sending to the insurance company doesnt state that you have aftermarket installs, or else they might not cover it". I asked to speak to a manager thinking I can work something out. I was sadly mistaken. The manager claims he was next to the guy when he gave me the estimate, and that he said it correctly.... Yeah.... Right... Nothing but a fraudulent, advantage taking, rip off...

Just bought a new 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage ES yesterday. Awesome price, nice people, no complaints to speak of really. Did a bunch of research as most "professional" reviews of the Mirage are pretty awful, but once you start digging into the actual OWNER reviews, it jumps up to 9+ out of 10 with hundreds of reviews. I have to take the car back to the dealer for some minor touch ups with sticker glue and such on the paint but other than that nothing out of the ordinary. Free lifetime car washes, full tank of gas, and 1st oil change free. No pressure sales at all, I had to seek them out vs. always being bugged by salespeople like some places. Gave me plenty of time to look around and explore my options although in this modern day most of my research was done online. I test drove the car and the salesman didnt even go with me. Told me to take my time and wasnt the least concerned about where or how long I would be. Totally surprised me as Ive NEVER had a dealership do that before. As others have said, take your time and dont just go by professional car magazine reviews of the Mirage. I love it, the wife loves it, its VERY cost effective, and with 37mpg in the city and 44mpg on the highway....yeah... Thumbs up to Sunnyside Mitsubishi

For someone who rarely if ever writes reviews and is a skeptic of the online customer review process in general, trust me when I say you can trust the team at Sunnyside Mitsubishi and can do so from top to bottom. Not only am I truly pleased with my entire experience from day one with Vic and his team at Sunnyside, I walked away with a truly cool truck that Ive been in search of for quite some time. After nearly a year of searching for a very specific used vehicle and coming up short time and time again, I was naturally wearing that my 2.5 hr drive out of state would elicit a different result. Well, I was wrong. Not only do the folks at Sunnyside select sound used vehicles for resale, they provide top notch customer service applying a "get it done right the first time" approach. Working with Vic throughout the process was a pleasure. Not the atypical used car buying experience to say the least. The team at Sunnyside works with their customers from a consultative perspective so as to ensure the most value oriented vehicles are placed in the hands of their buying community. Looking forward to working with Vic and team on my next car!

Got a great deal on a 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage DE from Sunnyside. Received courteous treatment from Sales, GM, Finance and others in the process. Dealerships exist to sell and service cars, and having worked for Rick Case I can say you could do worse than deal with Sunnyside. Your mileage may vary. The Mirage is a surprisingly well-equipped car with a great warranty. It fits the economical, basic-transportation category but does its job well. The Mirage won out over Toyota (Yaris) and Mazda (3) in terms of mileage, price, warranty and standard-equipment. Its also fun to drive (spoiler alert: got the manual transmission). My first Mitsubishi after years of buying VW, Honda and Toyota. Cant speak to longevity or service yet but driving it home I found myself smiling; how often does that happen after buying a car? Even my wife finds it acceptable and, believe me, thats saying something. Can it be improved? Of course. But for a base-model small car this is quite a good start.

I just bought a car or shall I say lemon from them with multiple issues! Not even 4 days after driving off the lot the check engine light is back on. The check engine light came on today. It needs two oxygen sensors and a purge value and no telling what else it needs. It also sounds like it has suspension issues. They refuse to fix it. Before they sent it to Ford to get looked at they cleared the engine codes. The car is shaking , loud, and the tires are in bad shape. I asked to switch cars they refused that as well. They even tried to charge me for looking at it. I plan on taking further action. I just spent 16,000 for a load of headaches!!! Beware and save yourself a migraine! And yes I talked to and yes your delarship lies! Trust me people you will learn the hard way. Regardless of what response they reply with to look good its not worth it!

Buying cars and getting through that process is quite nerve racking and pressured. However that is not what I experienced at Sunnyside, walking into this place feels like a commune, peaceful, organic and everyone you come in contact with is just sublimely nice. I did walk into the place to see a 2014 outlander GT, went for a test drive, loved it, walked in the next day, got a great offer on my trade and the rest is history, drove off with the outlander. Sean, Chris and Jarrod were amazing, the whole experience from start to finish was the most relaxed and fulfilling buying experience I have ever had. So, you might not be in the market for a car or maybe you are. Just go to Sunnyside, experience the love and no strings attached way of life. You wont regret it.
