Normally when shopping for a new car, I end up wanting to tear my hair out. The knowledgeable staff at Bob Gillingham Ford were not only patient with me in answering all my questions, but they also never once made me feel pressured. Of all the dealerships Ive visited in Cleveland, this is the one that treated me like a person, and not a sale.
