BEWARE and do your research! Take the time to read before buying! First of all, before we even drove the 4 hours to go to NEAC we filled out all the proper paperwork, sent bank statements, pay stubs, etc. to make sure we was approved and not wasting our time before the drive. I played phone tag with them for a day and was assured everything was in working order and was approved for anything on the lot. The girl i was dealing with was really nice and took the time to make sure everything was completed for us. My fiance and I took off work the next day (for our arranged appointment) to find out the people we were to meet wasnt even there and was given a random sales man who had no clue who we were or about all our paperwork that was completed. After almost two hours of paper work and waiting. We looked through the cars, which the sales man wasnt outside at all to ask him any questions, he seemed a bit impatient and went back inside. After going to find him we were then told out of the 5 cars i was interested in that i only "qualified" for one of them after a few calls of dealing with their "financing" department. We purchased the car after all of this because i HAD to have a car that week and after wasting a vacation day and all together 8 hours of driving we were sick of the car browsing already. Mind you they started the car for us every single time while we was inside so when i went out to leave in my car it was sitting waiting running. The gas light was on already completely on empty, I drove right to the gas station. When i went to turn back on my car there was a TERRIBLE grinding noise, the starter was shot and needing replaced. Next we wasnt even 2 hours into the drive and all my lights and check engine lights had come on. Come to find out my catalytic converter needed replaced. After calling non stop trying to find someone to talk to about this situation i kept getting blown off or constantly transferred and i didnt have more vacation days to blow by driving up to Cleveland again. I will NEVER buy here again or EVER refer someone to this car company its been a terrible experience 100%!! At this point im looking into an attorney because im stuck with a car that has tons of issues that they KNEW about and I owe 12,000k on a car that will most likely not even be running after the 3 years itll take to pay it off. On top of that i was assured they reported to the credit bureau and now im finding out nothing has been sent in to them. Im assuming they only report due to lack of payments not good payments.

Absolutely AWFUL! I decided to go here because they had the car I was looking for at a fair price. Here was my experience. Cane in was greated quickly, test drove the car. Decided it was the one and informed them it would be dependent on the trade in value if my current car. They said the value would take 15 mins. An hour later I asked whats going on and they said its done just waiting on paperwork. Another hour went by making it 2 hours wait. Finally I said I was done waiting and was going to leave. Finally they came out with an offer 1k below blue book even though the salesmen said they would give me bluebook. I was so tired of waiting I said whatever lets just do this deal. Ok, on to the new car paperwork. We waited another 2 hours and finally I said Im leaving so give me my other car back. A manager came out and took us to the office, magically the paperwork was all done now. Signed everything got the car. I get in and gas is on E. estimated 3 miles left in the tank. Gas station, 4 miles away. Made it home, no spare tire. The next day they called me and informed me they messed up the paperwork and I had to come back. 45 min drive both ways, I came back. 6 weeks later my temp rages where set to expire and Ill still hadnt received the title. Called and they said its been ready but they didnt have my phone number to call. I informed them how they had already called me when they messed up the paperwork and there is 3 phone numbers for me on the paperwork. They said it doesnt matter they dont have it now. Now I have to renew my temp tag because they forgot to mail the title. Literally never experienced such incompetence in my entire life. I suggest you avoid this place like the plague. Theyll sell you a car on the cheap and then try and sell you a high interest loan. Go in prespproved and make sure you have the terms as the salesmen tried to hide them from me. In the end I was so tired of waiting that when I shouldve walked I didnt. I regret that and recommend nobody ever does any business with them.

Let me start by saying my girlfriend and I found a car we liked on auto-trader. We decided to call to make sure that the car was still on the lot before we drove an hour and a half to Cleveland. It was, so a nice lady set an appointment up with us and she told us they were going to get the car ready for us. About a half hour before we get to North East Auto, she called again to make sure we would be able to make our appointment. We were going to be able to. When we arrive, we walk into North East Auto past five employees that never said a word to us for at least 5 minutes. They were very rude and treated us like kids when we both have college degrees but thats beside the point. Since the woman who made our appointment wasnt there we ended up talking to a person who called us a liar. When he finally showed us the car, it didnt have a moon roof like the description on auto-trader said, and it had lots of scratches on it. The car we were looking at was a 2013 so it should not have been falsely advertised, and it should not have had lots of scratches on it. The worst part of our trip was opening up the doors to the car. The car had OVER AN INCH OF WATER COVERING ALL PARTS OF THE FLOOR. The guy tried to make it like it wasnt a big deal and still asked us if we would like to be approved. Obviously we said no. So clearly they lied about getting the car ready also. We wanted to take a look at the other model of the car that they had on the lot that was the same year, and similar mileage since we already drove an hour and a half. More scratches on it, and the inside had cigarette burns on the seat and every single seat was dirty. Very dirty and the whole car smelled like strong cigarette smoke. Worst car dealership I have EVER dealt with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I had been looking to purchase a new vehicle for approximately 6-8 weeks when I stumbled upon a stunning 2015 Ford Flex online for sale at North East Auto Credit. Although I was sure this truck was going to be completely out of my price range I decided to go ahead and inquire anyway just to see what would happen. Boy am I glad I did!! I was immediately contacted by a sales associate by the name of Tigran Djavadyan who I can honestly say was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Never once did I feel pushed or pressured in any way. Tigran remained patient and professional throughout my entire experience. He took the time to go over all the vehicle controls with me while at the same time making sure all were functioning properly. He was very knowledgable and therefore eager and able to thoroughly answer every question I had. The best part for me was that Tigran not only kept his promise of affordable financing but between my trade and interest rate I was ecstatic to find out my payment was actually under budget!!!! I could not be happier with my purchase and I would hands down recommend North East Auto Credit and their amazing staff to anyone in the market for a new used vehicle!
