HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I went to test ride a vehicle . I told them ILL be back tomorrow when I get my bank to approve the loan . They requested a deposit .I gave them check. I called them the next day and told them I decided not to purchase the vehicle and please destroy the check the General Manager said " No problem Ill shred the check " Well after two months They went ahead cash the check . I went back to the dealership to see if they would make good on the check. The manager said no , I then asked to speak with the owner. He said no , I asked if he can call him and again he said no , I rarely do reviews ,but I just felt that if they have no INTEGRITY And are willing to steal 100.00 dollar check from a future potential customers. People just imagine what they are willing to do if you purchase a vehicle from them . No good

I bought a car and within one month it broke down. With major engine issues. And of course the dealership doesnt want to help fix it. These people are scammer. Especially the owner! They dont have any time for their customers but your special when they want your money! Worst experience of my life!! I have bought my first car from a used car dealership and didnt have this experience with them.. Keep your money and dont waste your time. Go somewhere else!!! Will be sharing this experience every place I can because these people need to be stopped.

Worst place to buy a car! All they do is scam you by making you pay way more than what it actually costs and sell broken cars. Just found out the car I bought from here was taken to the dealership to get checked out before I bought it and had major oil leaks and other problems and they declined to fix it and sold it to me without telling me. Dont ever buy from this place even if you in a time crunch. Worst mistake of my life. Now I get to keep paying my car off and an extra $5000+ in repairs

Dont buy cars here its terrible, I bought mine not even 2 months ago , and is already having problems , I went back to the manager spoke with him to see if I could get a new one and they told me I had to give another downpayment , bad costumer service honestly. My car is turning off, wont run , and i found out that this car was damage in a car accident and they never told me anything about that . If your planning of buying a car please save your trip and dont come here .

I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from this place. I purchased a car from those people not even 3 month I spent almost half of the price I get the car for. Almost everything was broken and I went there I tell them that if they didnt know the car was broken and they sold it to me. the boos or the owner told me that they didnt own the car have problem they was selling it for someone so they have no idea if the car have that much trouble.

Horribleeeeeeee. Even though you pay your car payments the car will still shut off on you. The managers are so disrespectful and will not allow you to speak to the owner. Horrible customer service, vino and the general manager were very rude. If anyone knows the number for the owner please give it to me. There car is turning off, even though the payment has been made. Absolutely horrible experience!!!! Nightmare comapny and employees!!!

At first everything when great while dealing with these guys dont be fooled the car I purchased broke down in less then two weeks , when I called then they told their was nothing they can do . I when back to the dealership waited almost three hours to speak to them for assistance ,I was treated with scant regard and add to leave for work angrily

These guys are complete crooks, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I have never met such an untrustworthy dealer. This dealership is BAD NEWS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Bought a car from them and it lasted 4 days before breaking down, when I tried to talk to them they told me to get lost. These guys ought to be shut down.

Dont buy cars here!!! They sell overpriced broken cars. I bought a car here 2 years ago they were nice and friendly at the time then the car engine broke down less than two months later and they act like they didnt know me and said l shouldve bought warranty.
