We acquired a brand new 2012 Bentley GTC (Vin # SCBGR3ZAXCC077191). Sticker price around $239,000. We had multiple problems from the start. It was sold to us with defective tires which had to be replaced. The vehicle broke down twice. One of those times the vehicle shut down at 45mph in three lanes of traffic with loss of brakes and steering! One time Bentley Naples returned the car back to us it had two dents on the drivers side, a deep scratch on the fender, the exterior was filthy and the interior looked like someone had thrown coffee all over it. On another occasion the car was returned back to us with two more dents in different places. In total they put four dents in this car and one deep scratch that meant the entire rear fender had to be repainted. However, they couldnt even get that paint repair done properly. It took them multiple attempts to get it looking right, weeks and weeks back and forth. It seemed like the vehicle was in the shop for more time than we ever got to have it. We found this dealership to be unprofessional, irresponsible, incompetent and they had no respect for our vehicle whatsoever! A Defective Motor Vehicle report was filed with Attorney Generals office as the vehicle was claimed to be a lemon under Florida Lemon Law. It failed its final inspection because it broke down 48 hours before the appointment. Eventually Bentley bought the vehicle back as a "manufacturer buy-back". They also tried to make us sign a non-disclosure agreement because they didnt want this negative information being made public. We refused, took the refund check and walked away. We would never buy another Bentley and we would never buy any vehicle from this dealership. We have full documentation and photographs to back up all of the facts above.

I wouldnt recommend this dealer to my worst enemy! Very, very unprofessional. They had no respect and did not care for our vehicle while it was in their care. They damaged it multiple times. Almost each time it went there they dented it. They scratched the paint and had it re-sprayed multiple times because they kept screwing it up. In addition to that my brand new Bentley was a LEMON ! Multiple faults, constantly in the shop being fixed and broke down twice. All within a few weeks. Would never buy another or recommend a Bentley to anyone. The combination of this dealership and this auto brand was an absolute nightmare. Vehicle was bought back after filing a Florida Lemon Law Claim. They tried (but failed) to make us sign a non-disclosure agreement so nobody would know. I guess these expensive luxury auto brands dont want the public knowing about problems for fear of it tarnishing their name.

I stopped in the first time in February - just on a whim - with my best friend. I live in Ohio and was at my condo for a few days. One sees a lot of Bentleys in Naples! Not so much in Columbus, Ohio! I was uncomfortable just going into the dealership. However, they greeted me quite nicely and a salesman, Chris Posey, assisted me promptly. We did a test drive and I fell in love! Had to think about this for a while! Chris kept in touch with me and answered all my questions. The first light blue one sold before I got my loan processed - I told Chris I may cry a little. I went down again - and they called and had the color I loved! I immediately went over and drove it - and it was mine! I was in Fl. for two weeks. I drove it everyday and loved every moment! I may ship it to Ohio for the summer and then back to Fl. for the winter. They made me feel like I was a "friend"!

Bentley of Naples is one of the best dealers I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Jason Reidel (the owner) went out of his way to make sure my father and I were satisfied throughout our whole experience. He is a hands on owner and a great guy. This will be the only dealership that I take our familys Bentley and Rolls Royces to. Very poor service will not buy from them again for being a big dealer like this you would expect better service from them I got treated better by a ford dealer when I bought a truck from them bought a Mercedes from them they told me that they will send me the extra key fob and its been almost 3 months now still havent got it yet just bad management poor Service you will get better service from a Kia dealer then you would from these guys
