I would so like to give these guys a great review but my beautiful Audi Q7 with just 70k miles just has a bunch of issues these guys did not disclose. Heres my short list of codes they reset just before I turned up - it would seem. For reference its a local Naples car that is 9 years old... so you have to expect some stuff... but disclosure is best.... My main problem is the most expensive one that I didnt know about when I purchased the car and wasnt told about. #1 1st: The interior lighting doesnt work - ops i didnt notice this in the daytime - damn.. Now I find it not just a module - as I hoped but a short to ground somewhere in my car lighting? system - Of joy thatll be fun to find. I wonder if I really need interior lighting at night... 2nd:My TPMS doesnt work.. Well I knew this one before I purchased "As - Is" so hopefully its not too hard to fix. However I did learn today that one wheel sensor is not working (hopefully thats it) but I suspect its more because they would have replaced the $50 sensor to not have the warning go off. oh joy... 3rd: And last - hopefully last - I had a new code pop up on the way home from the dealer!! - An exhaust gas recirculation error... A simple engine light but the list is becoming something... Apparently itll need to be smoked out. About $150 to diagnose by Pepboys - Hate to think what Audi would want for it?!! So advise for anyone reading this - Take your would be new car back to the factory dealer and get it scanned and find out whats wrong... However they wiped mine hoping nothing would come up until after I signed on the bottom line... so buyer beware..

I cannot tell you in words the awesome experience I had at this dealership. I was in the market for a 3rd vehicle, and saw a vehicle I was interested in there. I didnt like that particular vehicle, but wanted to look at a different one on the lot. Never was there an ounce of pressure. I liked the second vehicle but didnt buy on the spot... again, no pressure and I was dealing with the owner. We texted a few time over the next few days and came to an agreement on the vehicle. I picked it up the next day, but when I drove it home, the vehicle had a large issue. I texted the owner, and even though I bought an "As Is" vehicle, he gave me his word that they would fix it and make it right. They literally worked their tails off fixing a very intermittent issue that would keep the truck from running at times, and this was not an easy problem to diagnose as it didnt happen all the time (but the fix was easy). They gave me a car to drive in the meantime while they were working on my vehicle and called me/texted me every day with updates on the status, what was tried, and what the results were. It is rare to be treated with this level of customer service and honesty in any industry, but in the used car business it is practically unheard of. These guys "get it" when it comes to treating the customer right and doing the right thing.

Bought a 2001 Chevrolet Blazer for 2000 dollars. 3500 later and now I need a steering gear box and soon a new engine. When I was in there someone tried to buy it from under me and they wouldnt let the guy offer them market value for it and "took him outside" to explain why. I knew the engine needed serviced. Didnt realize someone ruined the vehicle. Overheard the manager telling the salesman that they, Wouldnt have to do many more of these. So Im basically sure they knew the extent of the problems with the vehicle. No hard feelings I should have been more diligent and assumed less about a used car dealers honesty. Just wanted to get lucky because I didnt have much money. Rolled the dice and lost. This however, is an honest review.

After speaking with the manager for a few days through email about a car I was interested in which they have as a clean car and isnt. He could have took my information down instead of me driving 3hrs for a sales man to make me a offensive offer on my trade. Which was yes a year less then the car I went to see but my car had 70k less in miles and less damaged as well. Just because the car fax says its clean doesnt mean the scratches and giant side whip means the car is clean. Or the inside which was beat to hell. Dont recommend at all

Bought an 03 Murano. Told to tell finance Co that I gave a deposit so they could get funded. Had it 3 months and it fell apart from the inside out. Told me I was out of luck as I signed a piece of paper that said I bought it as is. Refused to do anything for me. Now on the hook for a 8K paperweight. Bunch of pirates. Beware!!

My vehicle purchasing experience with Victory Auto was outstanding. The owner took the time to work with me to find a vehicle that fit my needs. The finance manager went above and beyond to get me the best rates available. Car is in excellent condition.
