Purchased a phone march 5 and it is now shattered. I payed $100 for this phone and was not informed I needed to put insurance on my phone within 7 days. I wasnt even given the so called high security password I needed to get help until almost 2 weeks after I purchased it and Metro PCS would not even help me until I had it. I had to travel all the way back to the store just for these idiots to scribble the password down on a piece of paper and send me on my way. When my phone was damaged I spoke to the manager at the 6th Ave store he told me that all I had to do was put insurance on my phone for $6 (Did not mention 7 days is the time limit) and also pay a $50 deductible through Asurion after I made my claim. Called 611 for help and these bastards told me they cant give me a replacement phone because I had to have insurance within 7 days and Asurion would not accept the claim. Now I have a shattered phone and no way to replace it unless I buy a new phone. Worst place ever! Lesson learned!

Horrible place to buy a phone, bad customer service. They do not stand behind their warranties. Was told I either had to upgrade my phone after it stopped working, or pay them $15 & I may not see it for at least 4 weeks & they couldnt even commit to that. He then tried to lie and highlight a bunch of things in their receipt that had nothing to do with this situation, I guess they must deal with mostly illiterates. Anyways This place is an absolute joke, the manager looks like he should be selling fake gold chains on the corner, & has the customer service aptitude for the same line of work. This place is sketchy, I would not suggest ever doing business with them. Metro PCS coverage is slow too, it says 4G and never operates at 4G speed. Im going to file a complaint with the BBB , and the AGs office and file a complaint. Seriously dont even bother with this store, its trash.

I went in here today with my new IPhone looking forward to getting some service on it. After a few minutes, we realized they couldnt do it because my phone is from the Sprint Network. I was so disappointed. Ray, the owner, went above and beyond by letting me use their business phone to arrange another carrier. I was on their phone for 45 minutes and not once did I feel pressured to end my call. They were polite and helpful. If, in the future, I am able to use their service, I will be happily going back to this location! Thank you, always!

Great service! The two there today were really helpful and hooked me up to Metro in no time flat...Once I finally decided. 15 minutes to set up and then about 5 minutes to finish the port over from the "Big Green C" So heres the math...(Big Green C) $60 PRO 10 Gigs of DATA @ 8-9 Mbps or 60 for Unlimited DATA @ 18-64 Mbps!!! 45 Mbps (in my Basement) with 7 Gigs of hotspot

I just came home from this Metro PCS store. This place rocks. From the moment I walked in I received GREAT customer service. Ray swapped out my old Iphone 5, transferred all my contacts, photos and completely set up my new phone. This store is awesome unlike the 19th St store that had virtually NO customer service. Ray the owner of that store is awesome!! He helped me get into a brand new s6, I was hesitant because I thought I had no credit to even get a phone!! He cleared my mind of all my worries and I walked out with a new s6 that Im doing doing monthly payments on with an in store perk called smart pay. Thanks Ray!!!

Horrible Spend a lot of money each month Service in store and with phone service? Horrible Doesnt work most times They sell you covers, equipment that doesnt even work on your phone. Act bothered when having to help a customer
