THIS IS NOT A VERIZON DIRECT STORE. When I went there for the first times, I was under impression that it was a Verizon direct store, the store representative told me that they will do everything to make their customers happy; BUT when I ran into problems with Verizon services, I called a Verizon representative at 1(800) they were nice about it, they apologist about the mistake Verizon made and told me to go to the store where I got my phone from, also a Verizon representative told me to ask store salesman to call Verizon and they would explain what need to be done. When I went to the store, salesman was not willing to help me, he did not wanted to call Verizon help line, and he kept telling me ” Verizon made mistake, it has nothing to do with us, we have a different policies”. Now I stock with a bill for $1500, because Diamond wireless was not willing to help. If I knew that Diamond wireless is not a direct store I would drive 5 more minutes to get to Verizon direct store, this way I know I would be taken care off. SO if you if you thinking about getting Verizon services eliminate the middleman, don’t sign up through Diamond wireless, do yourself a favor and get to Verizon direct store, there always one few minutes away, this way you will save yourself a lot of trouble and money.

First they try to sell you on renting your phone, no thanks. then, they sell you on a promotion for a tablet with a rebate. Still havent received the rebate from 2 months ago and the rebate was originally for $150 now only $50 according to Verizon, and the store just said, "sorry, sometimes that happens, we have no control over it" Really??? the topper is, they sell you on saving money per month but fail to include taxes which in my case added another $30 a month. Bottom line, Im paying more than what they said it would be, even had it in writing, still havent received the 1/3 quoted rebate, and when I tried to clear up the problem was told sorry, Verizon just changes their minds. Never do business with this company unless you like the runaround and being ripped off.

First off their phone number ALWAYS goes to voice mail. When I asked them about this they said the phone/ phone number was broke, at a PHONE STORE? (Since early October) They are a third party reseller and DO NOT have your best interests at heart. I went in to upgrade phones and transfer exiting phone numbers. They assigned 2 bogus phone numbers (which I received almost $200 in charges for in addition to a $663. charge for a phone, I had already purchased through a plan. Literally after14 hours of my time between verizon and century link this is still not resolved. I now have correct/incorrect account #s to finally get resolution and guess what? I cannot do this with them over their broken phone so I have to physically get in the car and drive there as well.

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would. I had the worst experience. They charged me $30 to get an upgrade, and when I decided I didnt want the upgrade THEY DID NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I backed out of the upgrade because I found out they were going to make huge charges to my account without telling me. They were extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. They had no idea what they were doing, and made me and other customers wait hours while they were on the phone with Verizon. EVEN AFTER ALL THAT, A MONTH LATER, I JUST GOT CHARGED $200 EXTRA ON MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF THEIR MESS UP. Save yourself the drama and do not go here.

I went in to get an i-phone and the gal was a great explaining the differences between the contract and payment plan and took care of switching my old phone number and data over to the new one. She installed a screen protector and put on a case. The subsequent charges and billing was just as she explained, right down to the damage insurance plan. This may not necessarily be a good thing for them but the store was not very crowded or busy like the mall store and I didnt feel rushed or pressured to buy anything.

I am currently at the Verizon store in Burien and am so grateful for the help of Robert and Reseda who is at your customer service line. They help me solve a problem thats been driving me crazy a friend of mine got accidentally blocked it took a lot of sleuthing but they both were so patient and helped me sort it all out. I am so grateful for their wonderful professional friendly great service. Lee Tunney the least you can do for these guys is free pizza!

I would put -1 if I could! I walked in to have them put on a plastic cover to my new iPhone and the employee said " those are really hard to put on, I dont know how to do that. I dont have alcohol to put it on". He Didnt even try!!!! Horrible service! Where are the girls that issued to work there??? They were much better and helpful!

I CAME IN TO THE BURIEN STORE To get a new phone the store was closed. DENIS and Simon were gracious enough to open the door for me early... I am truly grateful for there ability to recognize the gravity of my situation. I will be recommending this store for sure and vow our continued allegiance to Verizon. Thank you boys
