My most recent phone from t-mobile was the Samsung Galaxy S4, two months after I got the phone I took it out of my pocket and the screen would not turn on. I called and arranged to get a "new" phone. I had a package sent to me from Texas, right when I opened and turned on the phone a kaleidoscope of rainbow pixels covered half the screen. I asked why a new phone would be doing this and an employee of T-mobile enlightened me that all the replacement phones are actually refurbished! I wondered then if the people who put together these refurbished phones even turned them on to see if they worked. I honestly wish I could title this not so short story as "A Series of Unfortunate Events", but then again I suppose that would be copy write infringement. Once again, T-mobile sent me another refurbished phone. I opened up the package and to my surprise it seemed fine, but within a day of using it every once in a while colored pixels would cover the screen and the phone would freeze. Ah, the joy of refurbished phones put together by what are most likely blind and duel left handed people which are perhaps missing half their brains as well. I sent yet another phone back to be sent a series of broken phones. The next one the screen didnt even turn on. The one after that the camera didnt work. This is my fifth broken phone from T-Mobile, Ive been playing this game of hot potato for months now, only to have paid approximately $400/600 I owe on this phone/these phones. My fifth phone worked the longest with a comparatively long run of 6 months. Now phone number 5 charges on and off taking it 12 hours to charge 50%. So all in all Ive paid $400 for 9 months of partially working S4s, if even that. I could have bought a PS4. They say my only option is to keep getting sent refurbished phones OR to get an upgrade where I will have to pay for yet another fun filled phone! They said the best they can do is to take the $200 dollars off the next phone because thats the amount I owe. However, I ask them and myself why did I even pay $400 for nine months of a partially working phone? I have been a T-Mobile customer since cellphones started coming into existence to the general consumer market. However, if this is how things are going to be between us T-Mobile, Im afraid its just not going to work out. Im eloping with Verizon tomorrow, and I hope everyone else chooses to avoid T-Mobile and perhaps avoid Samsung phones in general as the excuses they gave me blaming this on each other makes it discernible who is really at fault here. Learning lessons doesnt need to be hard when you can simply learn from other peoples mistakes. Hope this helps.

The most worst T-Mobile store I been to. Got a new phone for myself and they added a feature onto my account without telling me about it. When I went to them to fix it, they were saying they didnt know how that happen! Like really? I was like whatever! After I got all this fixed up, I asked how much would it cost for a web plan. A guy that was bold (forgot his name i think hes name was manny or mary) told me that they only have web plan for $20 a month so I got the plan since he told me that was the only cheapest one. Of course I believed him since he was a T-Mobile employee but dam you shouldnt trust them. I went online and saw that they have a web plan for $10 A MONTH!! They will try to get you the most expensive one. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! This also reminds me if you ever get a mini sim card for you phone DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will charge you almost $20 for it. The one in burien will give you one for free.

The absolute worst customer service that I have ever had. I went into this white center t-mobile location to get a new phone, and it was a weekday an the evening, and the store was dead. There was one other customer and 4 employees working, and not a single one of them greeted me or even bothered to assist me an any way. They all looked at me at one point and time, bur not in a friendly way. But more like why are you here type of look. Anyhow I browsed around a little bit and even sat down for a few minutes hoping that one of them would help me, or even acknowledge me, but got nothing. So I got irritated and left to the Northgate mall t-mobile location, where I was greeted right away and the associate who helped me at that location was very friendly, patient and helpful. As well as the other 3 employees that were working. They even stayed after hours to finish my sale and get my new phone ready for me.

DONT go there! I was asking for information about different phone plans they offer (Ive been in Sprint for years) however I wanted to have my own line since Im with my parents line. However I went to ask about the plans and they asked for my phone number and my SSN to see my credit (DONT DO IT). I got some plans written down on a piece of paper and ever since (keep in mind I NEVER switched to t-mobile and never will). Phone bills started coming up a month after saying that I owed them $170 for a phone line I never created, I have tried canceling something I never subscribed for in the first place. Overall STAY AWAY from the WHITE CENTER (roxbury) WA t-mobile, they will try to scam you!!

This is the worst store I have ever worked with. I first off was told incorrect information about the plans, was never told about the fees even when I asked about them. I went it to cancel my order and after 3 weeks have not gotten a refund. I called customer service, and they let me know that store have gotten the phone I ordered in weekend ago but let it sit there, which meant me never getting a refund. They said they would send it right back to the warehouse so I would get my refund. Nothing, I have been on multiple calls trying to get my money back because of this. I highly recommend going to another store.

PLEASE AVOID A MIGRANE! This is the 3rd phone I have exchanged within 6 months their warranty is BS! Its nothing but damaged used phones, plus everytime i have to order a new phone because the prior one that they sent me is damaged Im charged 5$ shipping fee so it could arrive to THEIR store. This is by far the worst experience I typically am not easy to annoy but this company/store has done a very good job at it probably the only thing they can accomplish. SO DISSAPOINTED!!! WISHED I NEVER JOINED I KNOW VERIZON IS A BIT PRICER BUT DEFINITELY A WAY BETTER PHONE COMPANY IN SO MANY WAYS!

The store is on the corner of Roxbury and Delridge. When I walked in I was greeted pretty much immediately by the rep wearing a Hawks Jersey. He was very pleasant. Then another customer who was waiting apparently never signed in and got into a row with him. I told the to allow the cranky customer to go before me. Then he decided to throw a tantrum. Anyway he left in a huff and then I was signed in. I waited about 10 mins and was seen to. I got some tech support and a personal cellspot to boost the signal at my house. I was in and out in under 20 mins. A good experience all in all.
