totally unhelpful. only care to sell things. would not recommend this placed to anyone. metro pcs in general has terrible customer service but these guys seem to pride themselves on it. if you need help with anything just go to the corporate store on santa rosa avenue

Awful! Toke my iphone 6 in to get it set up because I was switching from a LG stylo. They said "we will call you tmrw around Noon and let you know if it will be ready or not" its now 5:30m
