I took my Galaxy Mini S4 to replace a cracked screen. They ordered the screen. Several days later I took the phone in for the replacement. I returned an hour and a half later. They showed me that the replacement screen lit up but the touch screen didnt work. They said they needed to order a different screen. I told them that I am a physician and really need my phone and I had found another repair company that had the part so I requested a refund. I politely insisted on the refund and my phone. The mall young man communicated with the repair man by phone. He said their policy was no refunds on repairs. I had not been advised about this by a sign or document or verbally. They took the screen off, handed my phone back without a screen and again refused to refund my $90. CompRite found that they had bent the tiny connector wires for the touch screen that could not be repaired.

My wife needed her screen replaced so we took it there to be fixed. The screen was replaced withn an hour and was working great with a cost of $255. About a week later her screen went blank and was flashing up near the status bar. We thought the phone was dead and took it in to Best Buy for another phone. When we took the phone out of its case the screen popped off. When the tech looked at it he noticed they did not properly put the adhesive on the screen. We were told they were supposed to apply around the edges but only did the middle. Where the screen was glued down was where it damaged the lcd screen. Took it back to Cellairis and they became rude, accused us of dropping it causing the damage. Will be contacting corporate office. They do not warranty their work, I would recommend a more reliable place than a kiosk in a mall.

So, the screen on my Galaxy 3S was absolutely SHATTERED--and I dont mean like a couple of cracks, I mean like completely destroyed. I was very nervous about getting my phone fixed and I looked around for a couple of places. Cellairis looked to be my best bet. The guy in charge, Nathan I believe his name was, was brutally honest and in my opinion under-sold himself. He told me that he could fix it, but he made sure that I understood exactly what he was going to be doing. And about 45 minutes later, my phone was perfect again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE Cellairis. I would recommend it to my friends and to strangers. FIVE STARS! PS: Those bad comments (Nick and Jose) are actually his competitors who I found have higher prices and have way less reliability.

Went to get phone fixed while I was in town. All I needed was a charge port. Told him prior to doing it I was concerned about the screen and if he messed it up he garenteed me that he would replace it. He left bubbles in the corner of the screen and argued it was still fully functional. After having him replace led he broke in the screen. And going back like 3 times my phone does not function now it will not connect to network. I live 3 hours away it is such a pain in the butt. I plan on going back to attempt to get it fixed again also my microphone on my phone only works sometimes. I suggest never going there. Horrible service. And breaks more than he fixes.

You all should go to this place If you need repair your phone or any problems that you have on your phone. My phone was badly broken and it was all bad I went to some places that repair phones and they told me they cant get it fixed and I was hopeless and was about to throw away my iphone6 plus but then I was hanging out at the mall with some friends I saw this place and went to them and they got it fixed for me I was so happy and now it looks better than before and Im really thankful for them. Also the people that work in this place are really awesome and respectful and their work is the best.

Was a little nervous after reading a couple vad reviews, but decided to give this little mall kiosk a shot after shattering my iPhone 6+ screen so bad that I was getting glass in my fingers using it. I went to the Clackamas store. The guy manning the kiosk was friendly and upfront--told me that it would be $125 and $25 for a screen cover and would only take 15 or 20 minutes. I didnt get his name, but he had an accent. Fixed while I shopped and looks perfect. As good as new. Very happy with the whole experience and not having to spend as much as a new phone with Apple.

had a broken screen on my Iphone 5s and got it replaced with digitizer and glass for 80.00 as well got a new battery and tempered glass protector for another 55.00 thought all was well but could not use any of my volume buttons after the visit, went back the following morning and they took it apart to check connection and found nothing wrong, put it back together and then my touch control would not work. took it back again and they told me to take it to apple. I bought a tool kit and was able to fix my touch pad myself however the volume control buttons still wont work.

I bought their screen with no warranty and it broke less then a week later, i have had apple phones for the past five years but making it out of glass is laughably dumb, wait for next years model and switch back, there is no reason to pay the extra 40$ for the apple screen because they both suck, just get an android until apple comes out with something that isnt glass, DO NOT BUY THEIR REPLACEMENT SCREENS, I like how all of the reviews talk about how fast they are replaced, lmao you can tell because they break so fast

If I could give this place negative stars I would. First off the idiot working the counter had absolutely no communication with the people actually fixing the phone. Second he told me to come back 2 hours later for it and he called later to say it would be done 3 hours after that time. I went back for it and he went to pick it up and they hadnt even started it but no one informed me about any of it. Very VERY dissatisfied with the outcome and customer service.

I took them a phone with a broken screen, cost $255 to fix it. Worked for one day and then the screen fell off. Took it back and was told they were not going to take responsibility because they insisted I had dropped it and basically called me a liar to my face when I told him thats not what happened.I will never shop with them again or rrecommend to anyone ever. So basically they robbed me of $255

pretty poor experience. Brought in a phone with a weak speaker and left with one without a working speaker at all, a 1 week lead to getting the part and a clear sense that the guy who did the repair had no real idea what he was doing. His workspace was messy and he seemed sort of distracted or just unskilled. Sorry just an honest opinion.
