After 2 years of consistently good experiences, I can declare that these are the good guys! More than fair, they take great care of customers. Great prices on a decent selection of used phones - no more 2-year contracts for "free" phones for me (Verizon will give you a monthly rebate for bringing your own phone for a very quick ROI). They stand behind their products and will make it right if something goes wrong. They are also skilled at repairs and more. Great people with refreshing attitudes of service.

The guys here are awesome. Always helpful and they always know a lot about their products. Big selection of cases, really good pricing too. Dont waste your money buying a case at your carriers store. They carry lots of other accessories and used phones as well. I always come here when I need accessories and recommend them to all of my friends.

This is the best shop in The Couv for used/refurb phones and accessories! Straight up, no haggle pricing on used phones. I got a 6s in mint condition for VZW for grand daughter for $440. I got my screen fixed here in a time crunch which was great! The screen ended up popping out of the frame a little bit and they replaced it with no charge. Great service, and they have a lifelong customer out of it!
