We had a great experience at this store, highly recommend shopping here. We were greeted by the store manager, Rhyan, who answered all of our questions and was really helpful. My fiance and I were looking to buy 2 new smartphones and switch carriers. We arrived at a very busy time, but Rhyan and the other store employees were handling everything as best as they could. While activating our phones and being helped, Rhyan also managed to answer other customers questions since as I said the store was really busy, and took care of customers who had short transactions which we didnt mind since ours would take longer with all the switching of carriers and transfering phone data, etc. There was even a rude customer who wanted a replacement on a screen protector, who Rhyan had patiently explained to that she could not give him a new one from the store and that he had to contact the retailer directly and order one online. She handled him well and with respect clearly explained what he had to do to get a replacement, but the customer wanted one now. Overall Rhyan and the staff handled all the customers and showed great customer service. Thanks Rhyan!

Great staff, works for the customer and not just the bottom line. My favorite Best Buy Mobile location. Sometimes you may have to wait a while if you need to talk to an employee; its a small store and there are no more than a few people working at any time, so it gets crazy at peak times.
