My mother purchased a lounge chair from this location and it broke while someone was sitting in it. The person fell backwards out of the chair onto the hardwood floor because the base broke. My mother contacted the manager Richard who basically didnt care what her concerns where. My Mother wanted to exchange the chair for a different make because she was afraid that the make of that chair was defective. When I called to speak to the owner, Richard said he handles all business for the "80 year old woman" and I couldnt get in contact with her. I asked mulitiple times and he refused to let me get any contact with anyone other than him. In my opinion the manager was extremely rude and their customer service is terrible. I would not reccomend going to this place. When I told him that I was going to file a small claims suite he laughed and said that nothing is going to happen because he has done this many times before. This would imply that many people have taken him to court for the same types of service. I would never do buisiness here.

Everytime i have ever walke,d into this furniture store I was always greeted very politely and respectful by a hard worker who I think has been a long time employee. They ask you what you want from them and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you took the time out, thought about and spent your hard work money on. I promise you will leave feeling special and somewhat like a celebrity because of the great service they offered to you from the time you visited, walked around-the-clock and paid for your merchandise! Will buy from them again! I did not have anyone nagging me like at other local stores. Their prices on everything was comparable if not far cheaper. Got a great coffee and end table set plus sofa, loveseat, and reclining sofa all for $1500 total. Delivery took a little less than a week. We were worried about the size of some of the items but they were able to fit everything in through the skinny doorways of our 100-year old house. They were willing to take the product back if it didnt fit!

O my God, i will never purchase another piece of furniture from this place again....my sofa was 6 months old n it looked like it was 10 years old... bought it back to them so they could put the plastic seams back in n re stuff it...they asked if i had kids n if my kids were jumping on it... 6 months old n my kids are grown... my sofa after 18 months was trash..m n i took a loss. Never ever will i be back or refer someone.... what a disgrace. 1600.00 down the drain...

**Zero Stars** No wonder no one knows about this store! The rude, impolite and selfish "man" Rich they have running the store has ZERO customer service skills! what a let down!!! OH AND DONT DARE ASK ANYONE WHO WORKS IN THIS STORE WHO THE OWNER IS BECAUSE NONE OF THEM KNOW WHO WRITES THEIR PAYCHECK!!!
