Paid for a bed, it took 2 weeks to get the bed. It was supposed to get delivered but no one ever came so I had to pick it up. The stitching was all lose and fell apart after a month with a cover over the bed. The bed was also lumpy and they woman who sold it had no knowledge of mattresses. I asked for someone to come replace it, they told me someone will come look at it first, or I can pay $40 to come get it. I have to pay for them to fix something they sold faulty. After several months of waiting for someone to come look at it and several calls later they tell me to drop it off and they will give me a different bed. I bring the bed back to the store, the manager then tells me its damaged, and I told him thats what I was talking about. He starts yelling at me and cursing . I will never recommend this place to anyone, price might be cheap but the product is terrible. Also the only positive review is from a guy that works there. Go figure.

I stopped by United Furniture to purchase a new sofa for my living room. Not only were the staff extremely helpful. They let me pick my own fabric, color, and style to my liking. It was easy to walk through their store and look over all my options. The prices were cheaper than competitors in the area and I will be returning for all future purchases. The delivery charge was very cheap as well, they delivered and assembled everything very quickly. The delivery men were in and out and my new furniture looks great! Thanks to Moh and Abe for the flawless transaction!

I purchased a sofa, two futons and king size mattress, after one month, I had problems with the fabric of the sofa and the mattress was sinking from one side after calling them, after calling them several time they did send someone out and agreed that there is something wrong with it. it’s been 4 weeks later and nothing is being done about it. I will never buy anything from United furniture again.

Experience there is horrible the manager Moe is rude they gave me a window for delivery and came way later then they should of. I dont recommend this place to anyone stay far away. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Drivers called me and told me they would be there in 15 minutes and didnt show up till 2 hours later.

I cannot believe this. I placed an order for sofa and love seat from this order. They delivered similar one but wrong one. I argued with them and realized that they are doing on purpose. They are wrong business people. Please do not buy any from this store.

The staff were friendly and helpful when purchasing my sectional...but they delivered the wrong sectional and Im still waiting on my ottoman....smh NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP HERE!!!!!
