I used to work at this location in the grooming salon and I worked at other locations as a cashier. This location is full of employees that truly do care about the animals. West (who I believe no longer works there) would go out of his way and go well above and beyond to make sure the fish were given the best care possible. Jennifer worked incredibly hard to do the same for the rest of the animals and did an exceptional job making sure everyone else knew how to do the same. The Dog & Cat Department manager (whose name escapes me) was also very passionate about ensuring all animals were treated with dignity. I believe the grooming salon now has a completely different set of employees, but the old manager, Shelby had MANY regular customers that requested her and actually quite literally saved a dogs life while I was there by detecting the early stages of cancer. If the current staff there is anything like the staff when I was there, this Petco is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to ensure they are supporting a pet store that treats its animals right.

Petcos corporate website currently has no way to inform visitors if items of interest are available at nearby stores. As a result, I had to go through an online chat process. The person I chatted with informed me that the product was available my local Petco stores. I called this location, was put on hold before I was able to speak to someone, was informed that they DO NOT have the product, I asked them to check other nearby locations, they said they would, I waited for a long time on hold and was hung up on around the 9 minute mark. I find it unbelievable that a company this big is SO FAR behind the eight ball when it comes to logistics and customer service!

Been here a few times to get our puppys nails trimmed. They told us she has long veins, as shes still a puppy, and recommended her nails be buffed instead of trimmed. The regular nail trim is $10, but the nail buff is $15, which I thought was a little pricy, as the whole process took about three minutes. Also, we figured we would pick up some Purina Puppy Chow for her while we were there, but they dont carry it, after sking staff for help. It was disappointing that a pet store didnt carry something that both Kroger and Walmart do.

Greenies multipack has worms in it, beware and inspect all packaging before buying from this store, we should have. Luv-my-pet vaccination experience was HORRIBLE, Vet giving the shots should not have a license, no clue how to handle dogs. Who lets a needle fall out of a dog, roll on the ground, then stick it back in the dog?. Petco staff allowed dogs to be tied to the shelving and left alone, other dogs to fight and no correction or asking them to leave. We will not be returning.

Got a hamster from them and spent over 100 on hamster & supplis. 1 day later hamster is not in his cage. I got to buy another one and they wont sell me one some called worried about there hamsters lol, you guys lost my Business forever and just to let you know I was very very loyal customer that would come in all the time and buy fish and hamsters

The grooming salon here is absolutely rude and unprofessional. They have no sense of customer service especially over the phone. "I sure can not" understand why anyone would even waste the energy in their delicate fingers to dial their number on the phone to make an appointment with these people.... No wonder theyve lost service. :)

I buy my dogs Wellness Super5 Mix large breed puppy food here and its always in stock. I had a hard time finding a premium food in stock at some other local places. Also the people working here are always friendly and I really like that once you buy 10 bags of food you get the 11th free! Thats $65 savings for me twice a year

This is an adorable little Petco with a unique store layout and architecture. It is deceptively large and has everything you could ever need. The animal cages looked really clean, even late in the day. They even offered a selection of animals I hadnt seen before. Service was really nice and helpful.

Absolutely horrible avoid at all cost the cant rven open at the right time i had a grooming appoint for my dog at 8:00 am and the made me sit for over an hour before the even open. AVOID THIS HORRIBLE PETCO and was never even served. Wish it was possible to give zero stars it was this place deserves

Good experience! They have wide variety of cat products and reasonable prices. Also if you are looking for low cost vaccinations for your pet check out vetco. It is a mobile vet clinic that goes from store to store on weekends giving low cost shots!
