Customer service was awful. My wife and I went to this store for the first time the other day and the man and woman working in the shop were so busy talking to each other that they made us wait to be checked out until they finished their conversation which seemed like an eternity. We werent acknowledged when we came up nor did they even say one minute and well be with you. Nothing but incessant talking while we stood by wondering when it was going to end. Kicking myself for spending any money here at all.

Love this cute, little pet store! I bought a specific rabbit food from this store that my bunny loves and when they ran out they ordered me some more and called to tell me it had came in! Awesome customer service and everyone is so nice!
