Instead of telling you how good or bad they are, Ill tell you my encounter and you can judge for yourself. I bought a used John Deere Gator from them some months back. After checking comparable years, hours, models etc, I determined the price was pretty good. They told me they were selling it at a price to move it on, because they are in the car business, not the UTV business. The price supported this. After giving the gator a test run and visible inspection, I noticed 1 issue. The 4wd drive shaft had a split boot on it. This would be an inexpensive part, but may take some labor to replace. I discussed it with them and they agreed to replace the boot and absorb the cost, so the deal was done. After a few days, waiting for them to make the repairs, I returned with the balance check. They explained that when they removed the drive shaft, it had 2 knuckles with split boots and the knuckles themselves were worn and were unhappy about replacing the boot and putting the worn shaft back on, so instead, they purchased a completely new drive shaft and put that on instead, As well as the additional time it took them to pick up the new drive shaft and fit it, they absorbed this significantly higher cost than just the replacement of the boot, on the basis that we had agreed a price and their values prevented them from putting a faulty part back on a vehicle, even if it meant them taking a big hit on the sale. Its hard to find people you can trust to buy something used from, especially in the auto business. They could have just put the old drive shaft back on with the new boot and Id have been none the wiser until the drive shaft broke, a short time later when it would be unreasonable of me to return the gator, but they didnt. Theyre a small outfit, with a family feel, that certainly didnt try to hard sell. I walked over to the gator and had a good look, without a salesman slithering their way over to me to give me a sales pitch, which is inevitable at most places. I entered the office and again was not given the hard sell, so I felt very comfortable working with these people and if I look for a used vehicle in future, Ill certainly call there again, even if they dont have what Im looking for, I trust theyd do a better job than me at inspecting the car I would want, at some other dealership or at auction and having Mr Care Auto sell it on to me. I am not affiliated with Mr Care Auto in any way, except as a customer.

I purchased a 06 Silverado 2500. They acted reluctant to come down in price because it was in such good shape and low miles (87k). Paid $14K. I told them the battery seemed weak. He said it needs charged. As soon as I got it home the battery was done. Got a new one as the one they gave me was 6 years old. The sending unit for the gas guage was broke. I fixed it and knew about that at the purchase. The exhaust manifold bolts where broke. $412 to fix. THEN I find out the rear end is leaking fluid, the air conditioning compressor rattles terrible, the driving low beam light was out, a brake light out, a driving light out, no back up lights, the 7 pin trailer hook up did not work, when I opened the center console it flipped to the back seat, the power steering leaks at the steering gear box, the transmission filter was found laying in the pan when changing the fluid, the mass air flow sensor needs replaced (CEL is on), the front air bag sensor needs replaced, the water pump leaks, the wiper arms are on incorrectly, its missing a spare tire AND tire carrier, oil cooler lines leak, cig lighter is inop, the air filter was pitch black, I can go on and on. Yes I checked out the vehicle before purchasing but obviously they did not look at anything and sold it as truck in good shape. I told them in person of the issues, sent 2 emails and called. They never offered to do anything. They got top dollar for a truck they said was in great shape but has had the crap beat out of it with 87K miles of neglect. I purchase cars about every 3 months. My advise is shop somewhere else!! They are in it for the quick buck and not the long haul.

I ask does the truck have any rust. I was told none that I could see ( meaning I cant bend over to look). We drove from Missouri only to see a lot of rust. We where lied to over the phone. Dont believe what they tell you, they are not very honest, all they care about is a sale. They knew we drove a long ways. They really laid on the charm.
