Wow! I have recently been on the hunt for a new vehicle and was doing a lot of research on the app Car gurus. I found a vehicle that led me to Murfreesboro, TN, Absolute Auto Center. I was expecting the usual pushy sales person or even worse a high pressure finance person. I could NOT have been any happier with my complete experience at Absolute Auto Center. The car I test drove was 3 yrs old and it looked like a brand new car that had just come out of the manufacturer. I had been to several dealerships already and I can honestly say, I was most impressed with their attention to detail inside the car! It was immaculate. The sales guy, Tarik, had a warm and friendly personality and made us feel welcomed immediately. I told him I had other cars to look at and all he said was, "ok, its always good to do your homework, and I will be waiting with an aggressive quote if You return". We went on to the other lot across the street. The difference in the first impression was notable and the same could be said for their vehicle I test drove. Although the price of the car was less at the competitors place the car had not been kept up in the inside. There were crumbs and all kinds of debri on the floor mats. Although, the cars were the same, the competitors car was dirty and had not been thoroughly cleaned. The staff was nice enough, but when I had mention the other dealers inventory he just scoffed and acted like they were so much better. I asked for the bottom dolllar and they did give it to us and it was less expensive, but I couldnt pass up on giving Absolute Auto Center my business because I felt like they really wanted it. I did go back and bought my car from them, and I couldnt be happier with the fair price we agreed on. No buyers remorse here! Do yourself favor the next time you buy a vehicle, stop by and see them. You will be glad you did!

Everyone knows that having a ruff past can come back to bite you when youre trying to get back on track. Doing what I could to save, I walked on the lot with very little to work with. The owner greeted me, and heard that my downpayment was not within range. I told him my budget, and he proceeded to show me my options. I swallowed my pride and took a 4 runner they had on the lot within my price range. As soon as I turned it on I knew it had A LOT of problems, and it wasnt worth what they were asking. WHAT THEY DID NEXT IS THE REASON I CAME BACK AND WILL RECOMMEND TO OTHERS. They, not once tried to cover up what was wrong with the car. In fact they wrote down everything I said and personally had the mechanic look over it again. In turn, they put a whole another engine worth 102,000 miles instead of 292,000, fixed the exhaust, changed the leaking oil pan, among other small details. Now, youre thinking, they raised the price, now you cant afford it. NOPE! He still stuck by his word in allowing me to put the original downpayment down. In a car lot, this honesty and pride you will not find often. I hope this little guy runs a while, but when it goes, I will be back to absolute auto masters to buy another. They were loyal, and so will I!

While searching for a car I discovered Absolute Auto Center on my Auto Trader Ap. I filled out the form asking for information about a car that I was interested in and received an answer within 30 minutes. When I went to their lot I was greeted with a smile and a handshake and treated with respect and taken straight to the vehicle that I saw online. My Salesman was Latef and he was very attentive to me, my wife and my sister in law. We got to see the car that we saw online. All of their cars were very clean and well kept. Latef took us out for a long test drive on the highway & in town so that we could experience the vehicle. Once we got back to the dealership we sat down and made a deal and I drove my car home. I got to meet the whole staff and they were ALL friendly people that appreciated us as customers. I want to thank EACH and EVERYONE of them for making us customers. It is with great pleasure that I recommend that anyone looking for a great car and a staff that makes you feel welcomed stop by Absolute Auto Center and check out their line of cars. Great job guys! I just bought a Jeep Commander from Sami and Ron last month. These guys were great! They dealt with me in a very open, fair and honest way. They bent over backwards to accommodate my crazy requests. I bought the same make, model and color car that I traded in (I wanted the same vehicle with a lot fewer miles) and wanted the bumper of my old car transferred to the new one, so that I could keep the factory trailer hitch. I couldnt be happier with the whole experience! They even went out of their way to be really good to my family, feeding my kids cookies and making them comfortable through the entire process. These guys are awesome. They deliver on their promises and provide for a great buying experience, with friendly service and a fair price. I will certainly purchase my next vehicle there and suggest that you go check them out and experience it for yourself!

My husband and I came here, me not really wanting to make a commitment, and the service was absolutely amazing! We did end up buying a car, that my husband Ron is extremely pleased with. They were so very helpful and nice. ALL about customer service. They worked with us throughout the (very short) car buying process. Looked at the car on a Friday evening (close to closing). My husband picked it up the following Thursday. Tariq (unsure of spelling), was WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He could tell I wasnt too keen on getting us another car, and made me feel at ease and answered every question I threw at him, even looking at our family truck that I had a concern about!!! Highly recommend them. Will be going back when were ready for another car! -Miranda

This place is not to be trusted, sold me a truck that had been wrecked, told me their mechanic had gone totally thru and checked the engine, after a 2 1/2 hour trip home, I checked the air filter was full of sand & leaves, I have put over $3,500.00 back into it just to get it right, someone named Jamie called me twice & apologized, then told me they would make it up to me? That was over 8 months ago, numerous mechanical problems, stay clear of this place, I know they took pictures from another truck that was similar to this one & placed them on this trucks ad, to make it look better, I was told " the only problem this truck has is a couple holes in the driver seat" beware !!!

HES VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY.THEY HAVE QUALITY CARS AT VERY REASONABLE PRICES.I PURCHASED A CAMARO AND SCOTT WORKED WITH ME ON THE PRICE AND EVEN ARRANGED TO HAVE IT SHIPPED TO MY HOUSE IN TAMPA.IT WAS DELIVERED IN 2 DAYS AND LOOKED AND RAN JUST LIKE HE SAID IT WOULD; FANTASTIC.
