Contrary to other small lots, the team at Colt Michael puts great consideration into their cars. I test drove a lot of other vehicles from a lot of other dealers, and consistently found a glaring problem after inspection. Not the case with CMA. My mechanic had the only good things to say. Theres a genuine love for cars that goes into their selection, and the owner is enthusiastic about each one. This is above a beyond what I expected. These are mostly premium vehicles, but the extra care taken gave me a lot confidence when I chose to buy. Now proud owner of a 2010 Rav4 limited, and every day I think "this is a great vehicle."

While searching for a Honda Civic sedan, I sent an e-mail inquiry to this dealership. They responded in less than 24 hrs. They called my home number during business hours. I returned the missed call and spoke to Evan Bates (General Manager) and he provided detailed information, over the phone on 3 Honda Civics in stock. When I asked for a CARFAX on a 2013 it was sent and received within minutes. I am still contemplating a purchase of a Honda Civic. This dealership (Colt Michael Automotive Group Inc) was the only dealership, of 5 contacted, that responded to internet search inquiries about cars listed online.

Something fishy about this dealership. Came to look at a car that was for sale online only to find out it wasnt there it was 20-30min away. I came from 3 1/2 hrs away to buy this vehicle, yet the salesman didnt want to go get it. He took my name and number and told me it would be there in 2-3hrs. Ok fine....3hrs later I call and the guy has left for the day, without notice to me, while I waited for him before my 3hr drive home. Dont bother with these guys....what salesman doesnt want an easy sale..... Dont trust them, there is something else going on behind them doors....

I worked with Joel in my search for a crossover. I told him what I was looking for (make, models, mileage, years I was willing to consider) and he searched auctions until he found a few options for me. I test drove a few cars, told him which I liked and he gave me an excellent price. They also did some optional maintenance that I would have had to do down the road to save me the expense. My experience was great, I would definitely buy a used car from them again.

From the moment I met Joel I liked him. He was prompt, kept in touch but was not pushy. He answered all of my questions and even met me in the pouring down rain. His staff was great! Please do your research before buying, sold me a lemon, promised to fix and would not, misrepresented the sale and other dirty handedness. Gave them many many month to fix problem, now find out they sold me a unsafe previously wrecked vehicle with exhaust and safety issues which is completely illegal to do will be dealing with this further
