I purchased a 1999 f150 from Double E just a few weeks ago. Within a week of having the truck the service engine soon light came on. I called Double E and he said he would get with his mechanic and call me right back. Well he didnt. I called back the next day. Once again, "Let me get with my mechanic and Ill call you back. We should be able to do it tomorrow". Well guess what, no phone call. My tags were close to expiring and I had to get it fixed so I took it to a mechanic my family has dealt with a lot for other issues. Turns out to be a $426 problem with a leak in the fuel line and a bad sensor. After I found this out I called Double E once again and asked what was going on with his mechanic. Now apparently his mechanic has been sick and when I informed them of the problem all they would say is "The truck was sold as is with no warranty". With this truck when you reset the computer you have to drive 500 miles for the computer to reset. There is no doubt in my mind that they reset the computer so the light would be off so they could sell the truck. DO NOT buy anything from this car dealership. They are dishonest and will not help you out if there is an issue. If they keep this up they wont be there long.

Tonight my wife and I went to look at used bmws. I had seen on the internet that Double E motors had 2. We got to the lot around 5 and asked the sales person if they were closed. He said no and wanted to know what we were looking for. I asked him about the 3 series bmw and asked to see inside the car. After looking at the car my wife said she was interested enough to test drive it. When I told the sales person that we wanted to test drive the car, he became very rude and said " do you have $10000 and are you going to buy the car. I told him not before I test drive it. He then told us that he was tired and wanted to go home. I will not set foot on that lot again and will do my best to warn anybody wanting to look at a vehicle there.

Liars!!. Cheaters!!. Thieves!!. Con artists!!.... This car lot is the worst of the worst!. Lied to wife about cat they had. How much it was!. After she drove 65 miles!. Then they harass her and make sexual comments . Will be calling BBB on this place... Never buy here!. U will regret it.

The worst place to buy a car. Ran my credit put in a loan app then sold the truck out from under me. Some of the worst people to deal with and trade to sell it to me at 1000$ over what they listed it for online! Bunch of cheating crooks dont even bother

absolutely horrible! after a year i still cant get the truck to pass emissions. ive spent over $3500 in repairs and $300 in bad tag tickets. never buy from these people because "we dont have a shop so i cant help you"

Bought a car, drove it 50 miles when it broke down and had to get it towed. Once at the mechanic I was given a quote of $800 to fix all its problems!!! When I called to inform them I was hung up on. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!
