Im still on the phone right now as i type. I called in looking for a HP laptop. First they sent my call to customer service, I inquired about the laptop, the lady said hold on let me transfer you. I waited for 5 minutes, then someone else picked up, she said she would check for me. Placed me on hold for 10 minutes. Someone plicked up, "hello staples copy center how can i help you" WHAT?!?! then placed me on hold again my current hold time is 7 minutes for this one...........still no one is picking up. /end rant. EDIT: some one just picked up and asked how can i help you. I asked about the laptop again. she said oh nobody picked up? and put me on hold again. EDIT: same lady picked up the phone asking how can i help you. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? i asked about the laptop to the same lady 3 times already. and all she said was oh no one picked up the phone? TOTAL PHONE TIME: 28:34 im hanging up!

Your customer service via telephone is horrible, terrible, a disgrace!I have been on the telephone for twenty minutes waiting to talk to a human being about a problem that I am having with my printer. The elevator music is as bad as the wait. . To whomever will read this e-mail at Staples, I want that person to know that he/she should be ashamed of such bad customer service and do something to make it better. T=e lack of such personal service is probably what separates Staples and stores of its ilk from sites like Amazon, Apple, and Netflix. I can get virtually anything I want, including toner catriddges, from Amazon. Guess who has lost a customer? OOps . . . . I was just disconnected after twenty three minutes of waiting. Good.

Horrible customer service especially in the Printing Department. I was on hold for 20 mins, called back and hung up on and called back and still placed on hold for an additional 5 mins. this store is either understaffed or the staff just really doesnt care. Lines are always long and the store is usually unorganized its hard to find things. Managers are always on the go or assisting customers and are trying to maintain the store i give them an A for effort but other than that this store need major help

This is the worst store and the worst company in the world. They have no clue whats going on in the store, they keep you on hold for hours. As of now I have been on hold for 22 minutes and counting. I go to the store asking for the Amazon Fire Stick they say they dont have it but online and customer service shows they have 3. Either hire more people or hire someone who has a clue that they are on planet earth.

Went to the place with a very important rush print job, got a quote, a time and gave them my number. Got back to pick it up and they were just standing there like "printer broke." Didnt call me to inform me, missed my deadline, missed a very important opportunity. Staples, you owe me big time.

The copy center will botch your order. Thats pretty much the only guarantee you can expect. Make sure you count your copies, page numbers, and images. I honestly dont understand how it can be so difficult to press the print button on a computer and bind the pages in correct order.

UNBELIEVABLE how rude and unprofessional the woman on the phone was. I was speechless at her behavior. Made me NOT ever want to goto Staples ever again, it was that bad. "Well, I am busy doing something else right now. I cant help you." REALLY?????

You have some VERY, VERY capable people in tat store, but the lines at check out are often extremely sow due to slow-moving cashiers. The printing Center has a government bureaucrat/labor union I could Care Less laziness at times.
