I was going to Staples for my sons project to be printed. I went over to the copy & print place. I asked a guy for the printing process. Things went a little wrong so I tried to fix it, going inside where the computer is. I did some editing and a lady came. She said that each time we add a letter, space, or even backspace, the cost is $1.00! She also said thats why we recommend PDF. But then when I went home, I saved it to PDF. And then every thing was great. This Staples is stupid! Dont recommend this place for printing or copying. They are also so rude. The people in copy and print dont even know how to print a file and we will be charged money for their mistake. Also the lady yelled at the man. She could of helped him.

. I had to drop off a package at their UPS counter. In the store I noticed that there was not many people at the counter. So a couple of us needed to use the UPS service, and others needed to use the copy service. No one including the MGR. came to the area to help out. The clerk who was taking care of the copies was great. Finally someone was sent to help out with the UPS customers. Now the computer does not work. They can not log in the packages. If this was not the norm I would say it was a bad day. Every time I go there service is slow. It appears to be a management problem. You might want to look into this. All of your other locations, that I have been to have good service. Save the store if you want it!

This Staples is the WORST!!! When I am there, there is no one on the floor to ask questions to and now to save time I called them, no one answers the phone! Finally they answered after my 4th attempt and waiting 7 minutes of ringing (Yes, I timed it!) to wait another 15 minutes to find out a item I ordered to be picked up at the store 3 days ago arrived. Never got an email to verify if it arrived! Unfortunately I have no choice and give a star!! UPDATE: SO I GO TO GO GET MY CHART TABLET, THIS IS WHAT I GOT! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I REFUSE TO BUY THIS! IT WAS RIPPED, DIRTY, FOLDED, AND TAPED TOGETHER! HOW CAN I USE THIS FOR MY CLASSROOM? NEVER AGAIN!

When you buy ink at this staples you have to be very very careful. I bought a HP 564xl PHOTO ink which is supposed to be brand new but when I got home I found the small box was previously opened. The cartridge inside was still sealed so I still can use it. But apparently this store got this returned ink from some customer and taped it up with a scotch tape then sold it as "brand new" to me. Im very dissatisfied and will not go to this staples anymore. Shame on you!

I wanted to print one document. It to 30 mins to get it done. There was a lady on the computer looking at pictures and a lot of people were waiting. Plus the other work station was broken. I found out I could email Staples and get my documents. I did that and 15 mins later the lady was still on the computer. Not stapes fault but the employees should at least ask if the customers in line needed help cause like me I didnt know I could print thru email.

One the horrible customer services to this location.Im there since 10 in morning to make 6 copy.takes me an hour to do 6 copys .but those are not even colored, because them 3 front machines never works as always and they cant do it in back , girl name is sheena she talks to the customer with attitudes,if you doesnt feel like to work stayed at home and dont talk to your customer with attitudes and tell them theres another location you can go there !!

the manager is racist , everytime i park he is looking at me and asking me to park certain way, instead of helping customers inside the store or doing some actual work, he is always chilling outside the store doing nothing, not to mention the parking lot can fit 50 cars and 99% of the time the parking lot is completely empty, im calling corporate tomorrow.

This Staples did not exchange a supposedly new tablet that is already registered since 6-28-13. Today is 12-05-13, I bought the tablet new 2 days ago! Manager is a complete, not half or quarter, but complete idiot including the staff. Travelled all the way from Stony Brook! Where do they find people like this? DO NOT GO TO THIS STAPLES!

Worst customer service ever, I called prior to coming in to pick up a Magic Mouse, was on hold for 20 minutes, they confirmed they had it in stock, went to store, waited again another 15 min for help, to find out they didnt have it, they dont value my business and time, so I wont be shopping there until they get decent customer service

Extremely poor customer service. After being ignored for some time. The employee in the print centre found time to sit and play with her phone instead of trying to assist. I had to be insistent in order to be served. I spent about 45 minutes trying to get a few pages printed. I will never go back to this location

Call multiple times nobodys willing to pick up the phone few times called and hung up on Kim and complain to the manager at the location and he blame all sometimes our phone systems act up total crappy customer service and inside nobody wants to work and they dont have anything in stock

One of the worst customer service experience. I went there today(5/12/17) morning to print out an important paper from my google drive. The associate working there didnt even bother to help me even though after requesting her few times. I wont go back to that store again.

I went to print out some documents from my phone and the girl Sangthe from copy print help me so nicely. I was upset but she stay patient with me and got me happy. It was busy her and this guy handle the customers good! Will come back for my daughter supplies soon

Parking lot smelled of urine and hot garbage. Long lines, slow service; checker tried to charge me 7.49 for a ream of paper that was on sale for 4.99 and then made me wait like an idiot for price check, and then I had to wait for the lady buying 100 folders...

Bought a computer desk here and also printed most of my school projects at this location. The service was okay, but the prints never really met my standards. They seem to always print darker than what I set. This doesnt happen at FedEx Office.

Go somewhere else. Complete waste of time. They refused to honor price for a laptop that was clearly posted on their website. It took about twenty minutes to get customer service. The manager was unhelpful. Complete waste of time.
