All I can say the furniture and merchandise is amazing but, in order to enjoy it more you have to work with Melissa!!! This woman worked with me for six months painful my renovation was for my home the only thing that was enjoyable was going to work with her on my furniture and she would make me forget everything and just make me smile and say no way your house is going to look amazing with this furniture and let me tell you!!! IT DID!!! To Die for my home looks from every piece she picked with time and effort. this woman even hung ever picture with love and even after the purchase was complete and all done days later after every day checked to see if everything was okay. If you want your home to look amazing just ask to work with Melissa she is the best and you wont regret it!!

Save yourself the headache...I bought at the Livingston, NJ Safavieh, they say three months maximum for delivery on customized furniture but its been longer and Safavieh seems to be having trouble even getting an update from their vendors as to when Ill be getting it. Their explanation as to why I dont have my furniture is that those are popular items (!!!!). They say they believe furnishing a home should be a pleasure. But thats before you hand over your money.

Melissa is great! She is extremely helpful and has a lot of patience. We first bought a headboard from her, and most recently a lounge chair. She knows a lot about furnishing a room and will give you helpful advice. She is extremely responsive - via email or if you call the store. I would highly recommend her for anyone visiting Safavieh. Shes great.

bought a really expensive rug - took a while to get - longer than they said - put it down - it was moth eaten - you could see the grid under where the stitching was supposed to be - took several calls for them to come pick it up - finally came - several weeks later - still waiting for them to credit my card - so much for customer service

Colleen is awesome. She has great style and design sense. We have a great decorator, but she lives out of state. We were very afraid to put a room together ourselves, but Colleen did a great job. The furniture is perfect, and the room looks very professional, but warm and inviting.

I ordered a dinning table from there stock .... i got with in a week and they took my old table away . Great delivery men...great service . I need to go back again !
