Heres a good tip to those people who are planning to get prints: DO NOT GO TO THIS STAPLES IN REGO PARK. If you have the time, I recommend the one in either Astoria or the one near Jamaica Hospital because this one is basically robbery. First things first, if you want prints over 8.5x11, this place absolutely isnt for you. Secondly, even though credit cards literally had chips on them for over a year now, you cant use them at all. Lastly, the thing that got to me the most is if you want to print out one piece of paper, well kid, youre going to have to print it out fast because you arent charged for printing, no, you are charged for loading up the damn computer that you use to print with. In other Staples, they would charge you 7 cents for a single 8.5x11 print but if you are loading it up on the computers over here you are out of luck because now you wasted 2 dollars on a single piece of paper. And, if you were lokeme yesterday, those 2 dollars are a huge waste because even though I set the printer settings to 11x17 like my college assignment recommended, it still gave me literally the worst 8.5x11 printing ever. Going here was an absolute waste of my time and money. Seriously, go to the one in either Jamaica or Astoria, absolutely avoid this one at all costs. Oh yeah, one last thing, the service here is literally the worst. Like its pretty clear the workers dont want to put a single piece of effort to help.

I picked up this weeks Staples flier at this store. It claims to offer free shipping. I went to order some items on the internet, they came up as a substantially higher price. I called their 800 line ad they told me that was because I had to order it over the phone and offered to take my order. So I read them the items numbers and they cant get them to come up, so I cant get the good price. Im handicapped. Im not interested in waiting around the store in pain to order items. I much prefer to take a flier and do so in the comfort of my home. But Staples wont let me do that and get decent advertised prices. Staples is NOT a handicapped accessible business. Dont buy from them.

their print center is SO incompetent! Received email that my stuff was ready and then wasted 45 minutes because they couldnt find it. Said they didnt get the email. BS, I had received the confirmation auto reply and another email that someone had to type "your prints are ready". They tell me, "just because you got the auto-reply doesnt mean we got the email". What? So I suppose their system just randomly sent me an email confirming receipt of my email. OMG, so dumb. Then I show them the email where someone actually wrote back that my prints were ready and they still couldnt find them. Definitely time to go elsewhere!

Not a good experience. My wife went in to ask about having some sheets laminated. Person at the counter was very rude and told her that if she wanted to have it done, to leave it and it would be ready in the late afternoon. When my wife went to ask another question, the person at the counter was still rude and offensive, enough that my wife decided to just leave the store and not go back again.

This staples is one of the best I have been too. There service needs improvement, but it is nothing major. The Tech associates are so knowledgeable and helpful. The copycenter associates are wonderful, kind, helpful and provide great services. I use to come here before, now that I go there now...it has improved so much!

The superintendent of the post office does not seems professional, way they run the passport service, there is only one window for 25 people and I was 6th, finished 10:20am. We were there at the post office since 7am. I can not believe the guy at 20s, sure for whole day.

Do not go there to fix screens. They were very happy to take our money and replace the screen, but when the phones screen kept turning off randomly right after the replacement, they were coming up with all the excuses not to honor the warranty.

Unless you go really early or really late the parking lot is a nightmare. Store normally has everything that I need I just have to plan going there during off peak hours due to Trader Joes next door always busy cramming up the parking lot.

Computer is so out dated in print center. They have internet explore 7!!! FYI Microsoft is upto 11 now. Shared parking lot is a mess.Not a very good experience.
