Girls working there do what they can, nice, knowledgeable, kind. Owner/manager wants to pump the price - no, I do not want padded envelope, I have bubble wrap. Oh, we cant ship it in the envelope, its for documents only. Oh yeah ? Let me call main number. Oh okay, if you really want to ship it like that. Yeah, I really want to ship it like that. Another story is the guy by copy machines and mailboxes: would you please make a copy of this for me (one receipt) ? Oh, you have to use those machines there. Well, thank you. Its okay only because of the nice girl who took care of my FedEx shipment. Otherwise one star.

Went to their website where they proudly boast about their superior packaging skills and customer service. When I went to the store the older guy behind the counter tells me that they are not allowed to pack the boxes, because if there is an insurance claim they would be responsible. I told him that I came here because the website said they were "expert" packers. He played dumb. I have a feeling he was the owner, which means he probably wrote the website himself. Kind of a lame experience for me. Not recommended.

Very clean store. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Went in to print some flyers- the price was reasonable and the copy center girl was very helpful. Unlike the ups store around the corner that charges a fee to open each document- not this place and they have different kinds of papers and supplies available. And the internet is faster then at the Internet Cafe. Great place! Will keep on using their services.

Fast, courteous service I have to disagree with Nick. I didnt even know they did packing and they did a great job with some fragile materials of mine, for no charge (they may charge now, it was the holidays). They have great service and get people in and out fast so I have not had to wait even with a line. I use these guys exclusively even though there are plenty of competitors nearby.

Very impolite and brazen. The guy at the copy station told me "not do speak to him, because it`s quitting time", so I used the computer to make copies by myself. Had to ask for charging the mashine twice in order to print, which would be a problem if they don`t make you pay for the (waiting) time at the computer, too. Don`t go there!!

There is nothing you cant get done here when it comes to getting some postage out into the world. Copier ready, lamination station as well, this place has all of your postal needs ready for you. People are kind and willing to help with a smile too! I was happy with my visit.

So unhelpful and unfriendly. Literally have to beg for help and then they act like you are a burden on their business. Internet Garage around the corner is so much more helpful for any computer/printing needs. Avoid these jerks.

Awful services. Went there to pickup my mail but I forgot my keys. They would not give me my mails. The lady told me she has no access to my mail box. Question is how she put my mail in the mail box when usps delivers to them?

Do not take any photos hear!!! the lighting is so bad, your photo gets so dark! and they tell you there is no way they can fix this and they dont refund your money! Terrible experience...
