I own a real estate office and was nervous about investing in new furniture. My entire staff was working off of ikea tables I put together myself- which we fine but didnt project the image we were working for. I had planned an expansion of the office and went to visit NBB with the intention of pricing new desks and chairs out. I spent a few hours with Tim going over options, finishes, handles, everything and I actually ended up buying my entire office furniture that day. Tim and the entire NBB staff provide a friendly low pressure experience that made me feel comfortable to not go anywhere else and outfit the entire office there. They knew about every aspect of the product and sold me high quality furniture for what I thought was a small budget. They worked with me on the price of every single item to make sure I got everything I needed in budget. His install team is fantastic at their jobs. They were so careful, meticulous, and on time. They worked to make sure the furniture was delivered in perfect condition and my walls and floors remain in perfect condition. Overall I had a fantastic experience with NBB. My office is now so stylish and I receive compliments daily. If open another office I will go there first and recommend you go there too.

I was referred to NBB by a colleague. I was not looking forward to the arduous task of shopping for office furniture, but from the moment I set foot inside the showroom, my concerns were put to rest and we immediately felt comfortable with the staff. We went into the store unsure of the best choice for the space we were in. Tim came over to the office, measured the usable space, showed me styles that were in harmony with the space we had to work in, and as a result we have a very organized office which is what we needed and it has a trendy upscale look, which is what we were going for.

His prices beat or match all online vendors AND he includes free set up and delivery. I recently bought a very nice chair from him for my home office, which matched every price I could find online, but since he threw in free assembly and shipping, his price in fact beats every online price I could find.
