The Staples employees behind the UPS Shipping department are INDIFFERENT UNPROFESSIONAL AND Incompetent ! Not all of them of cause......))))) I came to send a package overseas. The girl around 22 in glasses, Greek looking, had NO IDEA WHAT TO DO! She asked me what state Sweden was in !!! It took her 30 min to figure out the address in Sweden....And SHE ACTUALLY NEVER DID! I HAD TO HELP HER! Then the other employee was trying to help her and he did! Then they printed out a huge shipping label which wouldnt fit in a shipping slip...so she just placed the PAPER shipping label on the package and used brown tape AROUND IT! thers no way it would get to Sweden! I asked if they had a big clear tape....She pointed on the counter:" its somewhere over there! " Apparently it was nowhere! I went and got it myself on the wall and taped it over the paper shipping label myself! I still have a feeling that it will come back to my house......I also had another small package going to California from College Point, Queens. Guess what?!!! It was sent back to me, addresed to my daughter to the same address. My daughter lives with us! I am wondering if it was a retaliation or a simple stupidity!!! Staples should never hire incompetent , untrained, unprofessional young, part time students who DONT WANT TO BE THERE, behind the shipping department! ITS OUTRAGEOUS and UNACCEPTABLE!!! I REALLY HOPE NEXT TIME I AM THERE.....that employee is gone!!!! orI will have to complain to Staples headquarters!!! I live in the neighborhood and send packages frequently!

Andrew F. The store manager on duty august 10th at 9pm at store 0599 incredible college point NY was the most nastiest and useless person I have ever met. I paid $120 for a ups package to arrive to Canada next day because my mother is in need of her medications. UPS called the store not once but two times asking for an invoice they were supposed to provide from day one and they never sent it. I went asked very nicely to get this paperwork asap to UPS since it was 9pm and the truck was leaving and my package couldnt ship without this invoice. Andrew F. Knew the importance of this package yet was very rude and told me his system was down and couldnt do anything for me. The systems were not down (confirmed by the register clerks) it was just time to clean and close down in an hour and he didnt want to go out of his way. I then asked UPS if it can be faxed they said yes. Again Andrew F. Said I needed to pay to fax even though it was the stores fault this package went without the required documents. My daughter worked at that staples so I know they have a key to override that fax charges. He told me I am not going to use my personal cc and I there is no way to override that charge. You will have to pay. So I got very upset and yes I insulted him. My mother could end up in the hospital because of Andrew F. For his lack of sympathy and customer service skills. I want this man to get written up and reprimanded. I will not rest until this happens. Its incredible that staples has people like him managing their stores.

I am frequent to this location. The Indian girl at the print center has attitude and ignorant. she does not know how to handle things even some of the common processes in the print center. She constantly texts with her cellphone while still people are waiting in the line. I think she did not get trained pretty well, but my point is she does not want to learn, i had an impression that she hates her job but needed some part time job to earn some cash and kill the time. She has 0 passion in her work i can tell. And also the print center is short of hands, they need more staff, there is always delay and wait. The management should really know what is going on there. They have one lazy lady does not like to serve customer and hate to work. So good luck with that.

Worst staples customer service I ever had. Manager screwed up my purchase getting my credit card charged 3 times for the same purchase. Had to come back to the store to fix it because they wouldnt do it over the phone, after a half hour they finally cancelled the other purchases BUT they canceled the order i actually made cancelling my rebates so 3 days later i had to go back, they passed the buck again and the manager said i had to call the rebate hotline at which point i said forget this , returned everything and rebought everything on amazon, no tax, hassle or impersonal managers. In the future if I need something quick Ill go to the target right there

Took my laptop for diagnostics & it took forever. They didnt have a charger for my laptop so it died while the test was being done. Brought my charger & the test didnt finish before they closed so they had to start over AGAIN. I was told it would be done some time the next afternoon. I forgot & went like 8:30pm & it was never done. Had to wait bc the person there during the day didnt know what to do. Since I already had a major headache I just waited. The girl that helped me to begin with was the same girl to help me that night. Wasnt her fault so I didnt give her attitude. She was actually very nice.

Terrible experience. I will never go to another Staples store ever again. The self service copy machines were jamming every other sheet of paper and when I asked the copy clerk to make me two copies of some documents, she said I have to come back after 1 hour. 1 hour to run some copies on a Sunday morning and the store practically empty!!! The manager refused to identify himself except as "timothy timothy" and when I told him that I would be making a complaint to his management, he threatened to call the police for me. congartulations on an exceptional job of losing a customer.

I ordered something online for same day print at 8:00 in the morning. I tried calling around 12 just to check on the status, no one answered. I tried contacting all the other lines available other than the print center & no one answered. Finally I called again around 4 someone answered after being on hold for 5 minutes. My order wasnt ready but she promised me it would be done by that day and that someone would call me. No one called me and the order is still not done two days later. Never again.

Please be careful when youre at this location when youre getting anything to eat i was there on Wednesday like 7.30pm I was already in the line waiting to pay for my milk chocolate raisins and something came to my mind to look at the expiration date and it was expired 1/2/2017 and was still on for sale and one of the works saw i had one in my and never said anything to me dont trust this place

I think I saw a staff member trying to speed up the time (Or waiting for the time-machine" to take him home after day of work. He walked toward me with a look that say one thing: Please dont ask me for help. So I asked for help. Now seriously. Why the staff do not want to help? Do they have a secret mission to get the place close so they wont have to work here anymore?
