Ive been using this store for a few years and have no idea what all the bad reviews are about. All of the employees are super helpful (if you actually wait your turn). Any one, including the manager, will go out of the way to check for something if you cant find it. Anything not good gets a prompt refund. Employees actually know what they stock and where it is, unlike most Staples in Manhattan.

Pretty consistently bad service at this location. Unfortunately I cannot find another print shop in this area or I would go somewhere else. I regularly stand for several minutes at the order kiosk before someone says hello. If there are 3 or more ppl in line its about a 20 minute wait. with this said, they rarely get my order wrong so I give them credit for that.

I always come here for my school supplies and they almost always have what I need. The workers are usually helpful and will tell where to find what youre looking for. Cashiers are fast and efficient. They had a problem with my membership card thing tho, made me lose all my points which I had accumulated for almost a year. Such a waste.

05/06/16 at 7:43pm I went to the register to pay a gift card for Mothers Day and I got charged twice. It was suspicious because the manager and other cashier came to check "something" with my credit card and they all saw my card. I had to get a new card just because of all this. Maybe it was an error but maybe not. Heads up.

Awful customer service at copy & print center. Theres a lady with short hair who gives dirtiest attitude towards customers. The employees are very slow at the cash register. It seems like they have zero interest doing the work. Avoid going here for invitation cards or business cards. The computers here always down.

I would say it is the worst service I ever received in Staple. The staff is not professional and I think they have poor skills and lack of patience to help customers with mailing things. So They would suggest you to spend as much as money on postage and so on. Never go there unless you want to spend more money!

Today I went there to ask for an address, where is 93-18 I asked one of the employees he couldnt even tell, later on I found that the store was itself was 93-18, what type of employee is that doesnt even know where hes working, and he was ignorant. Terrible experience

Copy Center is badly understaffed. Some of their copy/print equipment is not well maintained. Took over an hour and a half to make only 150 brochures because the folder was malfunctioning, so they had to be folded by hand.

Worse staples ever People in there tread you like sht in the copy center I sent my copies and after 2 hrs they didnt print them because it was 7 pm and the close at 9 and according to them the printer is too slow

Whole store seems fine, but the ladies from the copy center have the nastiest attitude and are poorly managed. Ive been there multiple times and the same girl (with curly hair) makes my time there so difficult
