I went there to buy a new battery, and not only did a really good employee named David help replace it, but he went the extra step (and took the extra 15 minutes) to get the bolt out from the old battery which was very stripped. A lot of places might have told me I was on my own once they hit a bottleneck like that. He was very knowledgeable overall.

Evelyn did a great job! Check engine light on my Mercedes came on during a trip from Ft Wayne to Nashville TN- fearing the worst, I stopped at the nearest AutoZone and had it checked out- gas cap leak! Thanks for the quick diagnostic and friendly smile- hopefully no more worries the rest of my trip-

I just went here tonight, after a 7 degree weather day, and needed a new battery. An employee Brannon (spelling?) helped me out. He was extremely patient and kind, and replaced the battery very quickly for me. My experience was excellent. I highly recommend this location. Great and helpful staff.

Man.... they sure will remove money from your bank account FAST!!!!!!!!! But return something for a refund???? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA you will see you money in 1-2 years. maybe. if youre lucky. perhaps. sometime. eventually. Good work, but not worth the financial abduction.

Great experience. Kurt was very helpful, even going so far as to refund our purchase when he realized our battery was still under warranty. He fixed a bent battery connector and made sure we were good to go. Fantastic customer service. We will return.

Good place nice people very helpful when you need them. But if there is a long wait in line you will be waiting a while. Employees are staffed very low for the amount of people that come in meeting their assistance.

Very helpful staff. Went in to buy a car battery, they gave me a recommendation (which was surprisingly enough to wait and not buy their car battery) after inspecting the car and finding a bigger problem.

Rob at AutoZone was the best! He replaced my grandmothers headlights and taillight. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Definitely coming back and asking for Rob.
